I wouldn't do lots of yocash for items that are not really that hot. Also, out timersnon some items. WGN was a good idea and how many are there for sale proves that it was a smart move on their side. Skins are wanted by most players. Give them 20yocash permanent skins in different colors, some from clothing store and others made up. Exploit the clothing collectibles items which were not as hot when done by Zynga. Try to join the community which is starting to divide again. Release new pets for limited time, for tday we could have turkeys, halloween we could have zombie or mummified animals, christmas we could have reindeers and keep the list going. Out of holidays we could have yocash pets like cheetah, komodo dragons, and mythological small dragons. I would definitely exploit October bigtime and ask players what they want, taking notes all year for that and xmas which are big sellers. Give players full costumes that aren't divided in 100 pieces. Also use some horror movies or movies in general as a small part of the costumes, like they did with The Joker and Mario Bros costumes but also mixed with new and different items. I wouldn't make much yobers since those are not loved by the majority.

yocash sellers have nothing to sell, nothing to stock up on future rares, lack of coin flow. most players lost there friends they interacted with in the past. most players are on the forums than the actual game.

Those are just few but BVG and GG (Greg and Gary) are doing awesome 10x better than Zynga. There is always room for improvement no matter how good employees are and by all means Greg and Gary are good
Wow that a lot all at once ...I thought B V G ..are on a budget ?

It costs money to bring out the unreleased patrotic hairs and make new pets and rideables? Couldn't they just hire people for these jobs?

First off all broken features would need to be up and running. (I know they are constantly working on this)
Then I would update the stores and remove all expired themes. And organize them again.
Create a full theme with furniture, clothing, and hair that could last an entire month with one furniture and one clothing release per week. (do this monthly or two mini themes every month).
Have special limited time themes or special sales to increase spending every three months or so.
Also after a theme has been in stores for a certain period of time like one or two months it would go on timers. This would allow for more yc sales and allow items to gain value.
I would also change the purchase rate for yocoins. They currently are not worth buying with real money. If this amount was adjusted properly then people would actually buy coins as well.
Over time I would try to add new exciting features like maybe a mini game inside of Yoworld for an alternative way to earn coins.

This would cut cost of freeloaders by tens of thousands of dollars each month. I would also attach several new rare items to every yocash purchase that changed out every 30 days to a new item.

The priority for me, as a business, would be to try to turn it around and make a profit. This wouldn't be easy without a huge cash injection from players. I would turn it into a two-tier game. A basic game for those unable/unwilling to buy YoCash and a premium fee-paying level for those able/willing to financially support the game. $5 would unlock features each month.$10 would unlock better things. A bit like the old VIP but less expensive to encourage more people to pay. VIP members would get special non-tradeable goodies as well as a VIP section where they could buy items to sell to non-VIP members.
There would also be a super VIP section for those willing to pay out a one-off annual membership fee.
I am aware that most players will not like my suggestions, but BVG is a business, not a charity. I do not necessarily agree with all of the recent pricing on items, but i do understand why they are trying it. They say they are in this for the long haul, but without real money from paying players, they may not have much say in the matter.
