As Ive said in another thread....people not actively supporting the game financially thru Yocash purchases would have the chance to view the Auction house for price averaging.....but not have the ability to LIST or BUY items from the Auction House

@CD - The cost wouldn't have to be only yocash - there could be the same options as exists now. If you're trading in YC you pay for it in YC but if you're trading for coins... its coins you would pay.

Oh, I thought you meant pay extra actual money for the feature alone. I see now.

Although I still wouldn't use it.

Uhmm... not sure how helpful it would be excluding a great number of players from doing the one thing that every player does in this game - trade - in that way.

We're already paying to use the AH.
Someone listed the percentages before but it ranges from 10 to 25 % per dollar depending on what we sell.

Perhaps the use of Auction house can be a perk of having a VIP package.....but have you seen prices in there....people are just plain idiots listing items at 999000000 yocash or the same amount in coins for a Chest

Get the children back to their beds or stealing mommys credit card

Maybe. But that would depend on whether we have a replacement VIP programme coming to the game. The Vikings have only said its being considered and discussed.

All Im really saying is children have no concept of real money and should be excluded from AH parcipitation....if there was a fee involved....or if it was a part of a VIP package the idiocy would cease almost immediately

If it is reasonable I will pay. I would not pay yos. I have yet to explore events since its return, I like the drama free shopping..

Those premium listings are paying with yocash like throwing money out the window. :) I get what you are saying but I doubt they would ever take the approach.

Change the percentage to 20% of whatever your buy now price is, you pay that regardless if your item sells.

This also would force implement players putting a buy now on all items.

By doing this, it would eliminate the garbage 999,999,999 buy nows as well as who is gonna have the 20% to pay upfront and even if they did, why would they bother since their item ain't gonna sell anyway.

I played a game with a market and you paid a certain percentage to list items (higher percentages for longer amounts of time up to 48 hrs) and then you paid another percentage when your item sold. It cut out all of the stupid listings and then when people really want their items to sell the buy out prices often had some good deals. of course, it takes a really busy market to sustain that day to day.

An extra feature that could be added to the AH would be the ability to try on items before purchasing.
