This discussion has already been made several times. From my own experience it only makes players hate eachother and doesn't do any good for nobody. Also nothing changes since BVG is just doing what they want. Celtic cross was officially released and stayed in store for a few days, now it's re-released even tho they had said any officially released item wouldn't ever be re-released. Now they have a different explanation about it. What is said is said, what is done is done. So.. it's all up to them. They can change their word, their explanations and business plan at any time regardless of what we say, think or want.

I believe another forumer did one in the past too and had A LOT of votes... and in the end it was pretty much half and half.

Still, these polls mean nothing when the majority of the players either don't vote or they don't come on the forums.

We all matter but so do the players in game

BVG already stated they will not release official released items..Zynga didnt care about us and it showed. After Zynga
re-released the 08/09 items, I stopped buying yocash..

This would definitely not be 'fair'.. Many people have worked hard to get these costumes and have spent a lot of time and money on them; so that alone would not be 'fair'. BVG have mentioned that these items are definitely not going to be released. (I'm sure someone will come up with 'but they said that before and they released the Celtic Cross!'.) There were reasons behind that, all of which were valid and understandable.

I love 08 costumes and as much as I'd love to have them all, I'd rather them not be re-released. I'd be happy to see different versions/colours of them, but definitely not the original items themselves.

It was my thread, also the link I gave goes directly to that very thread. I don't think polls mean nothing tho. They mean something. At least they clearly show what forumers think. Those are mostly the most active dedicated players who are interested about everything about this game, so they prefer using forums also to make friends, get the latest news and updates etc. So forum polls more-less show the opinions of a certain group of players which is not small. So to me, they mean something.

I just don't see what the big deal is. They re-released the Celtic Cross and that did no harm. It helped them roll in more money. I know they'd really have a good thing going if they just re-released it all and then started off with their own rares.

That's not entirely true, though. There's a lot of dedicated people in-game who just don't bother going to the forums... they've either been scared away or they'd rather socialize in game... some don't even know the forums exist. I've met several players and have several friends who fit somewhere among what I just listed.

I quit 2 years ago, but I am sure this is what killed the game when zynga owned it, they just kept re-releasing everything. It is one thing to release something that very few players actually have, and to release everything that players ever worked for in their years playing this game. Not many people had the cross, some people have spend literally over a year looking for a specific item, and have payed much higher than guides to get what they want.

Yes this is so true. And a lot of those people are out in game buying and selling. That's what they love to do best. And all those people matter just as much as we do.

Joseph. I said those same words before and people argued with me that, that's not what killed the game. And as far as the Celtic Cross goes. No one cared who lost on that item as long as they got their hands on it. People worked for those too but no one seemed to care about that. As long as people don't have the item that's re-released then they want it back but now on the other hand when someone else wants re-releases. It's like to many people would get upset over it. Why does it matter if some get ripped and not others? I seen some girl make a comment that she had the cross and then sold it awhile back so she's glad it came back out smdh...

People that think only of their selves on this game are something else. It's been like this forever. If they're not losing out then it's ok. I've been against re-releases since forever but I'm done. I'm so done with it. I wouldn't care if they re-released it all now. And i'll go right along and vote yes when ever it's brought up.
