and Chii from Chobits would be completely adorable! (Chii has a lot of outfits so you could pick which ever looks the funnest.
I also like the Big Three (One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto) and they have a lot of unique characters that might be fun to design.
I've seen so much anime so if I would have given you a complete list, it would have been way to long.
