I know I'm reading it right there in black and white, but I am being paranoid. I've never submitted a room. We definitely get all of our inventory back? Any glitches? I'm afraid to put my 2008 charcoal grill in there, but it fits so perfectly...

Why do you insist on having crap clothing rewards? Some hairs and some hats/outfit packs usually are liked by peeps, but these single clothing item things for 150 gems sucks. Make the decoration items the 150 gem rewards, and the clothing the 50 gem ones if you insist on crappy clothing..... please!

have you not figured out a way to let that gem icon be clicked completely off our screen right away? it really sounds like 1 of the 2 biggest issues that players are having
also, no-one likes the hangouts to land at altons. its not so bad if all we need to do is pull a face or do a dance, but please can you reconsider ever having to add buds out there. the regular players hate the extra lag it brings so many ignore or are disrespectful to others who join.. so of course they hate going out there too. no-one likes it. keep the buddy adds somewhere else please :love:

many have been saying all of this for a long time, it doesnt sound like you are hearing us. one of them for sure is a very simple request

I only got 0.01 bonus and spent about 10,000 coins. I tried to report it when I turned it in but it doesn't let you write anything. So I turned it in with 0.01 bonus.

No, you don't have to be VIP--anyone can enter who meets the room or costume requirements. To begin entry, click the red gem icon on your upper left screen or the same icon to the left of your chat window in game. This brings up a pop up with 4 tabs. Click the second tab to enter, vote and receive your reward, if any. You do hangouts on the first tab, the third is for purchasing and using gems, and the fourth shows the tiers with possible prizes.

That's it in a nutshell, but dig in there and have some fun. Good luck!

Hello folks! I'm curious if anyone is having the same problem as me - I submitted the gem event for the first furniture challenge, and it says that I didn't submit anything but I did, and remember doing so because the gem event is always a priority for me.. also I somehow got more gems than I should have had and I though maybe it was from the gem event and the rating contest, because that's what it added up to. I just need some help because now that my account is saying I missed this one gem event, that I can't get the end of the season gem event prize I try my best to get you know? Thanks.. I believe it's default or lag on my game or something with this seasons gem event.. I just don't know what to do other than ask you all.. please help, thank you!!

same . it says i didnt enter though i spent an hour creating a scene . now today challenge it does not seem to be a way to work on your character . screen doesnt go down far enough to start work. anyone else having this problem or know how to bypass?

I had trouble with this challenge, but after buying a second new hair, I was able to submit. Before that it said something about how I didn't have all of the items I was using... totally confused, but it was only 1,000c, so...

Now I'm just trying to figure out how to put my clothes back on.

Hey,

I noticed with this new gem event that when an item gets dragged off screen and into inventory, it won't pull up for me within inventory again unless I back out of the event and log back into it.

This room was more challenging because it did have a lot of area where we couldn't move objects too close to the sides of the screen, so this happened a lot with this room.

Please fix it. It's frustrating to have purchased something and not be able to pull it up without backing out of the screen. Also, it forced me to purchase one extra item I intended to put back. Otherwise, the screen wouldn't have saved all the work I did when I backed out of the room.

Did you definitely click on "Black Space Decorating"? Also, if that was on, did you make sure the mouse stayed on-screen? I don't think any edges of any rooms are off-screen, but if they are, only the part the mouse is holding has to stay on-screen, even if it only the teeniest bit of the corner of something.
