Describe the "hack" please.
Most hacking has been eliminated.

If it was a 'scam' BVG warned us not to
take part in scams. Player beware.

If you clicked a phishing link and someone
compromised your account that would
also be considered your fault and BVG
can not help.

If it was a legit hack. Describe so we can
all be aware of the hacker or situation.
Then click HELP and report to BVG.

Did you click a link lately and put in your password?
Did you submit a ticket?

When was the last time you logged in before you discovered
missing items?
What did you see when you logged in and discovered the hack?
Did they take your cash too and make trades from your account?

These are all questions BVG will ask you.

Looks like you have only been playing for 2 mths how many richie stuffies did you have. I am sorry if you did get hacked as I know what that is like to loose everything in game. Send a ticket in and see what they can do.
