While not taking ANYTHING away from BVG (they are certainly THE BEST), it occurs to me how little it would have taken for Zynga to have secured our loyalty and gratitude...all we players really desired was to be treated with respect. They. just. didn't. get. it.
Communication. BVG has been right ON TOP of this, every step of the way. They have treated us like we are part of the team. How awesome has that been?
Compassion. Just let us know that you HEAR us..even if you don't agree, we deserve to be heard.
Safety. Do whatever is necessary to protect your paying customers.
Fun. Keep the game updated and moving forward to retain interest and excitement.
Imo, BVG has scored a HOME RUN on the first three fronts...and I have full confidence that FUN is just around the corner.
