When I click on the camera to take a selfie, it will take it, but it doesn't do anything when I click
to share.

The last time I took a Selfie was 5 minutes ago.

I have just discovered that now NOWHERE works for me on YoWorld.com, I lost that ability at some point in the last few days.
(I don't normally take Selfies on YoWorld.com, but a few days ago I was able to get to the Facebook Popup outside Vinny's Diner)
Now I have the same issue on YoWorld.com where outside Vinny's the Facebook popup doesn't appear.

OUTSIDE Vinny's Dinner on Facebook still works.
I'm not one of those that is having Server Snake issues with Facebook.
Can also take Selfies OUTSIDE the Bank.
Some other MAP Locations work randomly.
Have not managed to take a Selfie inside my homes or a friends house for around 2 months.
It worked one day then 2 hours later it didn't.
I was taking Selfies shortly before the new YoWorld Day, and when I went to take Selfies on the change of day the Facebook Popup didn't appear anymore.

BVG has definitely been modifying code around the Selfies as a bug that had been in the counter since back in the old Zynga days has been fixed, but did they have to break the entire system fixing it?

Andrew I logged off of FB cleared my chrome logged back into FB and still nothing .I tried the app and nothing this is what I get still. When I click share nothing happens .

It worked for me this morning but not this afternoon, so what's with that????????????????

Same as everyone else on YoWorld.com doesn't do the Facebook part.
(This was working outside Vinny's Diner until VERY recently.)
Am currently able to take Photos outside Vinny's Diner on Facebook Version.
An Incognito window has just allowed me to take a Selfie inside my apartment with the Facebook Popup working, and hasn't worked in a standard browser window for weeks. Just checked still not working in my apartment in the regular browser window, and only worked once in the Incognito window.

Also a separate point just got the Server Snake SIX times in a row in the Incognito window after MANUALLY clearing the Chromebook Cache, when I have NEVER seen the Server Snake game on my Chromebook before.
Wondering if all those stuck with Server Snakes are in Incognito mode as a regular browser login here didn't have the Server Snake?
(In my case this could just be specific to my Chromebook???)

Please don't give up, this is so important to us to be able to share our rooms with various Yo groups.

Nita, you don't need selfies to share your rooms. All you need to do is take a screen shot and you can share your room with whatever group.

I do hope they fix it anyway for the ones that use them for coins and Yo points. But it's not needed to share a room photo.

Hi Andrew - I did as you instructed but my selfies are still not working no matter how I enter the game.... be it YoWorld dot com, Facebook or the desktop app. Losing the selfie feature and the mobile app has really taken a chunk out of the amount of coins I'm able to earn so I hope it's fixed soon !!

Lisa! How do I do that? I had been taking a selfie and sending it to FB my page, then copying it to a file and then sharing it on the Yo groups. But when I take a photo nothing happens now, so how does that work?

It depends on your device. On a Mac, you do command shift 4 and it will bring up the screen and you can get a shot of any area of the screen by moving it to wherever. I don't remember what the non-Apple command is, but if memory serves, it was control and print screen. I haven't used a Windows anything in ages, so it might be different.

If you use a photo sharing site (this is how I have always done it), you need to get the BBCode share link. I only use Imgur, so I don't know about the others. On Imgur you just upload the screenshot you took. Once it's uploaded, when you hover your mouse on the photo, you click the get share links. (the 3 dots thing). You'll see the BBCode (for forums) and you want to copy that and paste it here.




As for sharing on Facebook or other pages you are using, you can upload them there when you are commenting on a post or posting an update the same way you'd upload any other photo. I hope this helps.

I haven't tried using the Img button here, so I don't know about that one. I have always used photo sharing sites.

I have a desk top and I use my snipping tool to take a picture than imgur to share it.

Still..................waiting, waiting, waiting........I don't know what to do when I go to imgur.
