hi
the game is constantly freezing even here idk why.
for me this never been this bad. something to do with the ads. the side ads. we asked that to be removed as causing stability issues.
I even payed for it. the ads gone but also since I cannot play the game much as its freezies and then I have to force quit. I wasted money on removing ads.
please listen to the few 100 gamers who left here cos if not. we will all leave. we need a working game to be able to play on it.
after you removed paint boards most rooms become broken too.

please listen the players and remove the ads which obviously causing stability issues all over the dying platform.

The issues that I read being reported on the Forums are, maybe among others:
1. Lags
2. Freezes
3. Server Snakes
4. Inability to connect to servers (stops at 80%)
5. Game takes way too long to finally load
6. GE entries not counted
7. Unable to go to another location
8. Mouse not responding
9. Game screen changes suddenly to a white blank page
10. Constant refreshes, including during GE events, decorating, sending gifts, changing clothes, and using the AH and the Stores.

I hope all of them are investigated and then fixed.

I got white blank page and refreshes. I use Safari on iPadOS, and it started about two weeks ago, suddenly out of the blue. At worst time, I got more than 5 refreshes within a few minutes it was really crazy.

Kinda strange that many people have faults and many do not have the faults and if this was game issue everyone will be having it!

I'm using Chrome and an older 8gig Acer but I'm also running Add Block Plus and Trend Micro
I lag as my computer is a bit older and slower , its got nothing to do with you guys.
Occasionally I get the "page unresponsive please wait" and its an add doing it, that ABP and TM are having trouble blocking

Hubby has the faster newer ASUS comp with 16gig , ABP and Trend Micro there is NO lag on his computer at all and if his computer does get lag or freezes its an add that TM and ABP are having trouble blocking

I use Windows 11 and noticed when I got boxes to open for current challenge that they got stuck and would not open until I relogged back into the game. It did not load as expected. Nothing too abnormal but still was a bit different.

I have not logged in on desktop version since 12/21/24. Facebook version freezes up. I use SAFARI

I was able to log in pretty smoothly all day today until now. I am getting the snake on Google Chrome. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. Attaching the version of Chrome I'm using as well as what the snake says.

Edit: I was able to load in after spamming my bookmarks bar icon 15ish times but was immediately met with a refresh button.

Edit #2: Got in and didn't get the immediate refresh. I moved into a different room and got this message instead. Never gotten this one before. Lol

Sorry but the server snake keeps appearing over and over again. This has been happening constantly for 2 or 3 weeks. Not nearly as fun as Yoworld.

Not been having issues myself, BUT is it possible that since the update, the ones who have had issues may need to clear thier cache and cookies? Just a thought.

What is more, I am not able to watch any ads to earn money and YoCash....are you going to fix it? I know that your priority is North America and Europe, but here in South America we also play your game!

Sometimes it loads now very very slowly , but as soon as the room is there , the message in the middle of the screen pops up saying to refresh ... sometimes it is still the snake immediately , sometimes it is the slow load and refresh note ...
