the law of averages prevents that from being possible — so now, while bvg will say its just bad luck - its not bad luck; it’s impossible.

For those struggling with the "3X Super Rare Chance", allow me to explain why BVG's marketing team loves baiting the hook this way. They don't tell us what the original chance is. Some people read that as a 1 in 3 chance. No. What it means is that if we have a 1 in 100 chance of winning one, we now have a 3 in 100 chance. The odds are still AGAINST us, but they put make up on it so we FEEL like it's closer. Thus we spend and most likely spend more.

I'm not going to explain why the algorithm is NOT as random as people hope. It's not.

I'd suggest DEALING your yocash to people who love to gamble, and then buy whatever you want from them if and when they win it.

I agree on the not random as people hope algorithm. I suggest myself not to pay a penny more to play. When is free I complain much less. That's what I will do for sometimes. I will survive

I've been doing that for several years now. Occasionally, I snag a deal, but it's pretty random. I rarely like anything that's been released recently, which actually makes it easier for me. As for the things I do like, I just get them from Ah.

I just unsubscribed my Vip which makes me a bit sad cause I was liking it but that's it

I feel your pain. I now only buy 3. If I win, great! If I don't then it's another lesson for me, too. If I really like the rare and I can afford it, I buy it in the AH.

I allow myself to buy 3 crack boxes of hairs I like and zero boxes of ones I don't

I might go a bit mad on the specials (Pets with Rets - don't judge me ) but I'll still only ever gamble what I don't mind losing

Make no mistake.....buying those boxes is gambling and the odds are never stacked in the gambler's favour

Honestly I play this game to decorate rooms, to dress my avatar, to chat sometimes with couple of friends and I try to keep far away the gamble. I really like the slot items but I buy from AH. Although I've never been a big gambler, this is what I'll do from now on. As an experiment I played in the casino and promptly lost about 140 yocash. I could have dealt just 100 of it and been 15M coins richer and still had 40 yocash to play with.

People spend their yocash however they choose. And they should. I just hate it when they are disappointed with the outcome of trusting a gambling tool in this game. BVG makes a ton of cash off of us using these tricks, but they are ruining the game experience every time anyone doesn't get what they want in a reasonable number of tries. That's why they've dropped the "caps", where you are guaranteed to win the big prize after a certain number of tries. Some players cannot stop themselves no matter how much they've lost.

I am a second hand market supporter, so in some respects I fund the insanity that is gambling in Yo. But I will not waste my yocash at chances at anything. When I buy things, I buy exactly what I want at a set price or I do without. It is either worth that to me, or it isn't. Oh, and there is nothing wrong with doing without. I'd bet my Yoro that every single one of us already more stuff than we'll ever use. There's nothing wrong with enjoying the things we already have. But even then I still owe a thank you to the gamblers in Yo for keeping the lights on so that I can enjoy my inventory for free.

However, when I asked what did 3X chance mean, 3X from WHAT?? She did not reply, and to this day, nobody knows 3X from what, lol. I guess people assume that it is 3X from the "normal" odds, but what is the "normal" odds? Nobody knows, either. So to me, it means nothing, and that's why I did not buy these hat crack boxes though I like the Super Rares.

the player base has drastically dropped due to many factors we all know (paintboards and so on), do you(BVG) really want to loose another (one like me, me or 100 me) player making unhappy customers ? ur politic sucks. So I'd be happy not to play anymore and it will happen soon. I will finish this month gem event, look around for valentine and will find somewhere better where to spend my few euros maybe will be back 6 months later . another one gone. The miss of players will effect all the game. I'd suggest to change something .

I agree with everyone who objects to their untruthful statistics of winning....there is no other explanation for the outcomes we get accept for direct manipulation.......whoever makes up those chances of winning stats must have a nose too long to even fit through a doorway.

so when they tell us the rare is one of 8 items …. and you have a 3x greater chance of winning the rare - Right? … that is what is implied in the ad

what they dont tell us is how many more of the common items are in the chest with the 3 rares put in for every pull

given the law of averages, its impossible to keep pulling chests and never win

- what we do know is it took someone 28 times — to nab one rare ……. so that would make the number of items in the chest some where about 100? with 3 of them being rare so the chances of winning a rare items of one in about 30; at least with this box. — when I see that, I dont feel so badly about my chests rarely being winners

I have to say something:
I have very few true friends in game and yesterday one of them come to me wearing the rare hat so I asked her how many boxes did she buy to get and she said ONE. Now I seriously think SOME account have different algorithms . Mine is obviously the VERY LUCKY one lmao That makes me so more angry
