Yes, I hope so too! And it is not about the money spent because I only spent $4.99, and was only charged 782 Yen by Xsolla. It cannot even buy me my lunch in any eating establishment I go for lunch. It is more about addressing the company's sense of responsibility, seriousness, transparency, and customer service for customers, especially paying customers.
As to the hair, I don't care about it anymore as by the time I receive it, it will already be an old hair. If I ever receive it, I might still wear it, but the joy of wearing it will be gone already. Maybe I will just sell it or give it away. The YoCash is also a mere 48 YC I think, I cannot even remember it.
So I don't care about both the hair and YC per se. I just don't like how this issue is handled, with no explicit acknowledgement or explanation from the Team (the banner only mentioned "some of the promos", not explicitly "Low Blow Hair YC Deal".). Transparency is greatly lacking when it comes to game issues.

Edit: Oops, it was not Low Blow Hair! I cannot even remember the names of the Hairs, I just remember they are Redye Hairs.
And now they even have that new Hair Spark Sales

I have not spent a cent after having that issue and have no intention to.
