I finally got it last night, one ad - it never completes and you have to refresh about three time. then ad's were off, which honestly I have never had regular ads So must be why i'm so darn hard to get along with LOL

Right?!? Here is what has worked for me: First, tried reporting as explicit content (this didn't work...I was on the Yo dot com platform) and it was still popping up constantly. That lead me to try watching on FB (Firefox) and it wasn't popping up anymore. I was actually able to watch and collect coins. Not sure if this will work for everyone else or if it will even last for me, but I though I'd share 'cause I feel your frustration.

Thanks Ice Princess for your reply, at least you GAVE me a reply. I have tried on EVERY BROWSER, and most you can't even RUN an ad. So far for me the only consistent browser is Opera. Firefox I can get about 3 or 4 ads before it tells me there are "none available", over and over again. The stupid thing for them is that that THEIR VERY OWN YOWORLD APP you can't use at all for ads. You think they would figure that one out.

I video'd both the working and non working mattress firm ads and sent them to the vikings. Hopefully that helps.

Well 10 days later and they obviously don't care about player experience. I have reported it over and over. They could just get rid of it, No clearing cache and restarting/refreshing helps, unless you have the patience to get one different ad for every 12 Mattress Firm ads. I will BOYCOTT that company forever, in fact, I might start a campaign against them.

Mattress Firm ads need to be taken out please! This ad is not working it freezes all the time and you can't collect coins. This add comes up all the time so I can't collect coins for days now. Its broken!!

I reduced screen resolution/size like Lisa tm said, now i can see to report or close the ad. I reported it a couple times . Now I'm seeing new adds. TY Lisa tm..

It's inconsistent for me. Sometimes that one ad pays out, and more of the time it doesn't. Sometimes I report it once and get ads that work after that, and it comes back up occasionally and I report and it goes away again. And sometimes it's nothing but that ad no many how many times I report it. Beyond frustrating.

Lisa, thank you for this suggestion.. It worked like a charm.. I was able to report Mattress Firm several times and when I got tired of reporting them I just was able to hit the close button.. I made it all the way through the ads until i got 1 YoCash.. It's not Ideal, but it's definitely a work around,,,, thanks again.. that was a big help
