They already said they have a blanket policy where they won't reverse any trades.

So, sorry, you're pretty much out of luck.

Samberg, did you read the thread? The OP did not make any trades.

Correct someone got on her account and transferred everything off.

Same difference.

Direct quote from Gary. Bolded the bit in particular.
Gary Stevenson wrote:Hi Garrett,

Please do not post correspondence between support and yourself here. It is a private conversation regarding your account. I will edit it out.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear about the fact that you were scammed. We hate to see people being taken advantage of, and we do take this very seriously. We're working on an authenticator app for YoWorld to help protect your account against such things.

That being said, we gave these issues a lot of thought when we took over the game, and decided we had to enact a policy of not reversing trades or auctions. There are multiple reasons for this, but the most important of them is that it is impossible for us to verify the actual circumstances behind a trade or auction. We see a lot of outside trading, buyers remorse, collusion between players to try and deceive us etc. This isn't to say that we don't believe your particular story, but we have to adopt a blanket policy when it comes to this sort of thing.

Ultimately (and I say this for the benefit of everyone reading), keeping your account safe is the most important thing you can do. You should never share your login with anyone under any circumstances. We will never ask for your email or password. Don't run any YoWorld helper programs, and especially don't believe anyone that says they can double your coins or clone your items.
