As someone who was around back then on the Menorah. It was never and I mean NEVER available for purchase until today. I don't care what you think, or what you think you know.

It didn't show up on yo dot com until after Christmas 09 expired.

Ya, nobody has ever been able to show a non refundable hat that shows up in the 09 stuff. Mine is non tagged and shows up somewhere in my 2010 stuff.

They did qualify that items that were released that not everyone had a chance were included. I dont care either way. I'm just saying read what they said in their interview. It seems to leave those items open to release.

Menorah was released in store for a few seconds and they were just released. Im sure the Celtic Cross will be next.

It was actually released though, in the store, whether short time or not.....that puts it in the iffy category in my opinion. If they are sticking to their "unreleased" theory then the cross should stay in the vault.

No lol, you failed to read what I said I guess. I said what I have SEEN and HEARD from a majority of people is that Menorah was supposedly released in store for just a few minutes. I don't have a menorah, I don't own a menorah, how else do I state this? Does it need caps? I didn't say 'HEY GUYS I SEEN THE MENORAH IN STORES I WAS THERE!!!!!' did I? However, like Nyx said, they did say if it wasn't released for, and keyword here is, everyone to get fairly, then it is possible for it to come out.

Anyways I'm done posting here. Assume all you want, I reallllllly don't care what unreleased/short time release/accidental release comes out. I reall don't lol. I already lost in my limes and a few other items. It's just a game, shoot your guns at me as you please. It doesn't hurt my feelings.
