B-It was accidentaly released for a few seconds and only 2-3 people bought it and the rest are hacked
C-They said they WILL NOT release items that were released and players had a fair chance of buying them.

I don't know if the Menorah was or wasn't in store. I've heard it was in store and I've heard it was on the website and pulled just a short time later. Even so, just putting an item in store and then pulling it a few minutes later, doesn't count as an official release I don't think. That would make it an accidental release. Not everyone had a fair chance to buy in the 30 minutes or however long it was in the store/on the website...you know, cause people have to sleep sometime/we don't live online.

Menorah showed on Yoville com store but it said Expired. Was never purchasable.

They will only release items that were hacked or unreleased.

Well it is a gray area. Obviously there are way more fake (not legit purchased from game store) costumes, retros, etc in the game than real ones.

I mean you see the unreleased items in the auction house and events still so they could make hacked items at certain times that were not tagged and they appear legit. They did this to many many items that were considered "rich". They fuel the underground market.

This entire menorah hat released or not back in 2010 makes me want to pull what hair I left, out.

They said accidental few minute releases and unreleased may be release so everyone can have access to them. Anything that was previously released, especially collectables, will not be rereleased. The big viking team has mentioned this more than a few times lol.
