Please send in help tickets for any lost items from the Auction House. Rest assured, if the records show you lost something, we'll take care of it.

Unfortunately there's no big off switch we can use, but if it's malfunctioning we'll fix it as a priority. Thanks!

Well this is interesting. First we have all these people losing coins from the unreleased being released. Now we have people losing coins and whatnot from the ah. It really does suck.

Thanks Gary I'n not worried about my 140K loss I just wanted to warn others who might not be happy to lose anything period.

I just hope these peoples items show up on record...like taurus's 08 Pirate. Fingers crossed for all.

The Auction House Has many issues and needs a complete overhaul. First off says bidding starts at 5 yo cash but you have to bid 6. Second When the timer reaches 0 it should be over But this is not the case it runs for another full Minute almost after it says it is over.third thing i see wrong in there is Why should i have to hit a button to block the items in the store? These items shouldn't be in the auction house in the first place.Fourth thing Say i am on page 50 and i decide to bid on an item. It takes me to page one again and not only page one if i was looking for a specific item, I then have to type that back in and then proceed to page 50 again. Would be nice when i bid the page did not reset. Fifth Almost none of the category's work on the side in the auction house. and last thing but not because there is no other issues is The items i do bid on would be nice if we could see them in order of when they are ending, rather then seeing the list of them in order as to when i bid on the said item.

Keep up the good work BVG Appreciate you all saving the game. Lets Get it up and running smooth again.

Up until a few days ago the auction house worked well for me, but I am one of several players who had to submit a ticket over the Gary Pants glitch whereby buyers are getting an 'invalid data' pop-up and do not realise that they have actually bought the pants because their coin total does not update until they refresh.

I wish Id seen this thread first before putting an 09 Cupid Bow into Auction

The item is NOT on the Auction floor....is NOT in my inventory....and the 3 Yocash was removed from my Yocash balance

Perhaps it will time out in 3 hours and return to inventory.....if that is the case I really dont care about the 3 Yocash....but certainly dont want to absorb an 18 million coin loss should the item simply have vanished

Thanks to The General for posting this issue. I'm a little bit relieved it is not just me. From now on I will write down what ever I am selling and the amount. I hope they fix it soon.

Ah I just found this thread.

Yeah I'm having issues too.

There's a huge difference in my coins between today and yesterday.
It's almost like they charged me the amount that I was selling something for.
I DID find my items as it looks like they were unsold.
I have no way of knowing because the AH is loading a white screen.

Another thing:
I just got it to show me the AH.
It says I'm bidding on an item at 2500c and it has 4 hours left to go.
But I bid on that item like 3 or 4 days ago.

I'm wondering if it's stuck?

I agree these things needs to be updated on the AH. I have noticed a few other things as well. Which I sent in a ticket a few days ago. This is the second time I had to send in a ticket about the AH and hope it will be the last.

I still find great deals in AH.....not everything is price jacked. Some things might seem that way compared to a Low balling price guides that have been out of date for years.
