You don't even need ropes, any of the fences in the Yo Depot store will actually do the trick if you place them right!

If you're not particular, test out the Napa railings, they are 1c each and i just tried them, they kept me from getting into a room.

The 2010 Beach theme has some rope things like you're describing.. Not in stores but maybe it'll give you an idea

I think there are some fences in the viking theme. I don't know if they keep folks out of rooms though.

That would be neat! Can you see if there is any way to block someone from entering a door with them? Like the VIP room in the Nightclub coin home or any door for that matter.

Beth mentioned there are velvet ropes in the Nightclub theme, yes they are there for 2yc each, and i happened to have 2 of them, they do block my pathway, i am forced to walk around them. That is all I know.

they are slightly able to block forward movement through them, but since the gold posts do not overlay each other perfectly, i was able to sneak through the point where 2 of them overlay. it is not full-proof, unlike Robot's pancakes.

i'm not sure how well they will block ppl off, seems that i am able to sneak through them if i try hard enough

so if you only need for decoration, you may create an event in Performance, i'm on now, just let me know where to go
