Unfortunately adults can still reach the kid server and kids can still reach the adult server. That is one of the reasons the feature was scrapped. I suspect bvg may have better ideas anyways and who knows it could be just a matter of time.

I could as a player act as a mod making sure those violating the events were removed. -- because even it there would be a person I dont care for, I'm not petty or small about my feelings. But I suppose there would be the temptations for some .... my guess is that to do so you would need to keep it private - so that every time a person is removed they dont cry it foul play.

I agree, and this situation is annoying i go into altons and i always get private messages asking if i have a kik or skype, i just block them and move on....

Bringing the child/ adult servers won't work 100% because people can just like about their DOB. I think BVG should take a page out of FB's book and start having players post their ID's to be verified. It's a bit extreme but would rule out a majority of minors, scammers, hackers, etc. They could even go as far as using the names (from the ID pics) to search players through the sex offender registry. That's even more extreme ( and yes I'm aware of the man power/time this would take) but it would make the game run smoother and safer for any minors slipping through the cracks.

Hmm...perhaps rather then trying to sweep it under the rug by putting seperate servers in place do something more to get rid of these creeps.
Whether or not there are seperate servers it'll still happen,and even worse it'd less likely to be reported.

This has been done before and the pervs just make accounts to get on kids servers and kids make adult accounts to get on adult servers. Risk of playing on the internet.

in my opinion, i don't believe YoWorld should be a game young children should be allowed to play. And here is why. BVG can only do so much to keep the trash out. This is an inter-active game which means you are going to get all kinds of folks playing. Even with a server just for children you are not going to keep the trash out. I, personally, would not allow children under 16 to play this game or any game that is interactive such as World of Warcraft. I don't believe children have the maturity level to handle adult social inter-actions, even the 'nice' ones, let alone peer pressure and the attraction to do things wrong or cause trouble. How many parents, in all honesty, can say they have taught their children how to avoid the pit falls of the internet/online games? how many of the parents even know how? So many adults are yelling 'hack' or picking up virus' etc and have no idea how to stop this from happening to them. And then you add children to the mix and get all angry when stuff happens to your kids on here. hello???!!!! Would you send them out onto the streets with no knowledge how to navigate their way thru all the stuff that can happen to them out there? So my question is why put them into situations on the internet that they don't have the knowledge or maturity level to know what to do? in my opinion, 'after it happens' is too late. We, as adults, have a tuff time handling this stuff and for that reason, no child/grandchild of mine would play. There are a lot of games they can play that are not inter active and just as fun.

I'm 15 and lots of people on the old forums hated me because of my age. I understand kids can be immature and ik i have a lot to learn but really it's sad that us young ones get no respect whatsoever even when we deserve it. Btw I'm not stupid I'm not gonna fall for Pervs traps, and no, my parents aren't dumb either. They told me all about cyber safety, especially keeping personal info, being careful who you trust. And going on cam is a no no. I play by my parents rules.

You don't know how Much I Agree with this Maggie! 100%! My parents thought me about Internet Safety, Cyber bullying and How to handle problems if one comes to face you, And its outrageous that Children, such as Me and you do not get Any respect because of our age. Alot of children have Alot of respect and are Very mature. It sickens me really that some people think all children should Not be playing these games because of our "Low maturity".
