as far as the game goes: i think its a great way to drum up support amongst the players . even i want a gold badge. if i had the money, i'd have one lol. i kinda of view it the same way as every other badge we earn in the game except this is on the forum.

As long as the game continues to be playable for many more years, i dont care if i get reconition for buyying yc or not..

Dumbest idea ever, I mean its getting personal, competition got to there head, they know that they want us to spend more to make us look great, its not going to work, plus theres nothing in stores that I would spend money to get, its pointless

I do agree that the system could make some feel unappreciated. It's only on the forums though, right? I don't think it would be a good thing in game. So many "haters" in game they don't need any other reasons to be hating on others.

Though I don't spend money here anymore, if I did, I would have no problem with the badges. But, I do think those that have them should have the option to hide them. Nobody should have to have the entire forum know what they spend on the game if they aren't comfortable with that.
