They don't "judge" anyone. BVG has just chosen to display badges on players based on the amount the player has spent in the last 30 days on yocash.

I've realized this from day one of BVG's takeover and I've been anxiously awaiting the release of new items for ages just like everyone else. Ever since BVG began entertaining the idea of buying Yo I've been saving money to buy yocash once the items were released. I was hoping BVG would impliment VIP again and I couldn't wait to buy some yocash to show my support for a company I believed in after spending so much in a company I didn't believe in (through the buy tab, game cards and subscribing to VIP from the beginning) but now because of the "shame tactics" as I call it....I'm not sure I want to give BVG my money. I'm not saying I never will but I'm going to think long and hard before I do. This labeling and segregation that is already happening just goes against my morals and my beliefs. I feel bad for those that can't afford it. I've been there.

Purchasing coins does not count toward a status... only buying YoCash will count.. and to be a Gold supporter.. you have to spend $50+ in real money every 30 days to keep your Gold status.

This is incorrect. If you spent 50$ buying coins you would still get the badge. It does not matter if its cash or coins, but who buys coins.

They get to play for free, so if they want to support the players with a badge who keep the game open then so be it. Calling it Shame tactics are overboard. I feel a lot of ppl could spend 5$ a month to help keep the game open, but it's a choice, at least their is no monthly fee
