If there was no guide(s), prices would be all over the place.. The guides atleast give people understanding of what the prices start off at (or around at).

Prices are already all over the place...and unless you're buying 08 cossies, rets, some of the collectibles or the flavor of the week pricejack, they give nowhere near a basis for a start price.

Example theme - Suburban. That theme's pricing has been updated ONCE in 4 years. Family pictures were 25-30k up til 4 days ago.

That's not the point of this thread, can you people, not trying to be rude, read my responses at the least?? It's more of a suggestion and pointing out the fact of outdated guides and PURPOSELY pricejacked guides.
