I do not receive the newsletter. I have sent in 3 tickets about this over the last few years, and have not gotten any result from any of them, the newsletter just doesn't get delivered to me.

Is it possible for those of us with this problem, I see from other's comments that I am not the only one who does not get the newsletter emailed to them, for you to announce the weekly winners in here?

Or rattle the cage of whoever is in charge of sending them the newsletter out that we're not all getting them.
I would love to receive one......but got tired of sending tickets and getting nowhere with them.

Thanks for anything you can do......would really like to know which room gets selected.

Thank you for your advice Viking Andrew. I've sent 3 previous help tickets in the last few years trying to get this fixed in my account, and so far no good.
I did try again today, and hope this time I get a positive result....years ago when I did receive the newsletter, I loved reading it, and did not skip an issue.....I would really love to be getting these again.

I did take it....now fingers crossed, we will see what happens....I will surely come back and thank you if I do start getting the newsletter again.


And, CONGRATS Nutty Nat....I am a big fan of your work. Your costumes all make me swoon!! You are such a good designer.
