Since BVG stated they would reimburse us for the boards, I went ahead and put a receipt for the costs of what I have paid for the boards. I did the total boards cost through BVG at a rate of 150k to 1 YC.. Then I also put the amount of the labor costs we pay others to do the boards for us. For example, I have paid out 100s of millions just to have a few huge projects done for me. Usually on average the boards were only 50-250k per board though, so I went ahead and just did the average. Just like in a flood or fire in real, our insurance will not give us damages for losing all our memories, pictures, drives, etc.. so unfortunately I did not add a cost of what a huge loss that is.. the truth is, I do not think there is even a monetary amount that could justify the tragic loss of those, but since BVG knowingly decided to "burn down the house", hopefully we can start with the base real value of what it actually cost in their stores and the labor cost of the artists that I paid my hard earned YO money for. If the image is to small, that is 548,000,000. I hope I will receive that soon enough. Thank you!

That is crazy! Disable the ones in violation, not all of them. If you disable all of them you are stealing from your loyal players. We spent yocash on the art and art boards. When you take them from the players using them correctly, it's the same as if you went in our homes and stole other furniture. UNFAIR.

I just have no words. I am devastated! My home that I created to deal with my deep, gut wrenching loss has been VANDALIZED by you BVG!! I spent a great deal of time creating this home to help me distract my mind and it's just Obliterated!! Not to mention the heart warming gifts from dear Yo friends. This is so very unacceptable. It's a very dark day in Yo!

Take the boards from people using them incorrectly, not from the rest of us. If you take them from all of us you are no better than a thief. Will you go in our homes and take furniture next? I''m furious as many are.

They always find ways around it. I've seen events saying add the person on discord to get the info/pics whatever. I've seen ones with people posting links in message boxes. Really you just punished those of us who did nothing wrong.

I rarely complain on here, but this is the worst decision y'all made. You know how many rooms are decorated with the help of paint boards? This is the only feature that we can use to personalize our rooms. We can't use the frames anymore.. you can't punish everyone for a small number of people, punish them, not all of us. I really hope we don't lose any more players. Ugh

we all should be aware we are playing , trading, selling, buying with pixels, we play, We Do Not own the game, we should be prepare for anything that can happened. The must beautiful art i had ever seing and follow since 2009, is Mr. Carlos, since then he is being working in paint board not to sell, but to create a whole world, and is now gone. Just remember is just a game, and if it is more than that for you, be prepare for situations like this one. Dont make it your second life, or like other said "scapies" enjoy the game while it last, keep in touch with your real friends, just plan B. So sorry for what happened but C'EAST LA VIE.

I am furious and sad about this, I had a lot of sentimental paint boards that cannot be replaced, and I cannot understand why you didn't just go after those violating the rules, instead of punishing the innocent too. I am immediately cancelling my VIP as a result, and will no longer be purchasing YC.

This is absolutely awful the frames and paint boards are a big part of this game and always has been. It's awful that a handful of people as always has to ruin it for everyone else!!!! I can't say I'm happy about this at all!!! While I may only have a handful compared to those that have many, doesn't hurt any less. Many of us built rooms around these frames and paint boards and many of us Have made memorial rooms of family members, BFF's and animals that meant the world to us,,,It's like ripping our hearts out all over again, I sit here crying as I type to you knowing that these memories will vanish forever.. I don't even bother with some of the rooms anymore because it breaks my heart that the images don't work..so much work put into them. So the room I would go to visit my BFF that passed is just empty white squares, not to mention the money we spent on these items, for me not too much, but there are people who do gorgeous art work and spend a fortune on these boards. I do hope you find a solution, but afraid you just broke Yo in a big way and even if you do find a solution, so many memories are gone forever!

I have been playing this game since 2008 and this is my second time to post on the Forum.  What in the world are you thinking BVG? 

I HAVE CANCELLED MY VIP MEMBERSHIP.  This is such heart breaking news. Without the paint boards, there is no game for a lot of people. The art is a big aspect of Yoworld and they are used in games on the game as well as for decorative purposes. Disabling our boards makes the game pretty useless to a lot of people now. As both a pb artist and avid seller, I have invested a lot of time into the game making boards. As a paint board artist, I help peeps create awesome rooms. You are taking everyone's creativity away.

I have a shop called Willow's Wishes. It is over 700 rooms and those rooms were filled with 1000s and 1000s and 1000s of boards that you have made blank. You have erased all of my hard work. It took me a VERY VERY long time (years) to build  my shop in the game.  Addition to the shop that I have, I have 30 gaming rooms and I also had Hand drawn art galleries of amazing pieces of art. This art alone can never be replaced because they were ORIGINAL pieces of art work.  One of a kind. 100 pieces of hand drawn art are gone.  I am crushed.

Disabling our boards when most of us (a large majority) have followed the TOS rules is so unfair. You are taking away something so important to many of us. Why should the non-rule breakers be punished for doing nothing wrong?   It is not fair that you are punishing all of your loyal players for the actions of some bad apples. Why sour us after having been loyal to the game for so long? Punish the bad apples and not the rest of us. Ban the people that are violating the TOS rules. Don't hurt the people who have done nothing wrong.

I have spent money on the game buying my large and medium paint boards.  I would like reimbursement of all the yocash I have spent on those boards.  You erased everything. I want compensation and to be paid for the 329 large paint boards, and all of the medium boards and I want coin compensation for the 1000s upons 1000s of small paintboards you have erased. I am still counting my medium and smalls.  This is going to be a huge task and will take me days to complete.  

You are crushing our memories. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Many of us had rooms made beautifully with art that were dedicated to our yo friends that have passed away.  It's like you punched us in the gut. Is that how you treat the people that you made money all these years? You are going to lose a lot more VIP members and my guess is that the end result of disabling those boards will be that people leave the game. Why would you bite the hand of the people that feed you? 

I would never ever spend a penny on this game again.

That is just wrong !! You shouldn't punish everyone for what a "few" may of done. You should of messaged THE PLAYERS INVOLVED and told THEM to erase them or you will, or just ban them from the game. I had boards my Mom did for me, She took HOURS to decorate them !! Homemade and made with love !! You CAN NOT replace them or compensate me for that loss !! You do this all the time !! Make decisions that effect us and you don't even care !! Really fed up with Yo and the management, You need to be "disabled" !!

I'm so sad for you Milky, and for every one of your buds. You guys loved paint boards and used them prolificly. You were done dirty here. BVG has let us all down today. Horribly.

It is incomprehensible how the misconduct of some results in the punishment of all players. And there is no way to prove that your paintboards comply with the basic rules? That's unfair!

Just another excuse for poor management. Throwing blame everywhere but where it belongs...your IT! My brass frames don't work and now the white boards. I have these 2 items spread out everywhere in my gameplay. How do you plan to compensate players for time, effort, coin/cash and enjoyment of game play lost? I never complain... but this is getting ridiculous!

I find it ridiculous to remove paint boards from Yoworld.
I usually use it to beautify the rooms in my houses, they give a special and beautiful touch... Now everything looks so empty and ugly.
