Everyone didn't have the opportunity to buy say the black stage in store. So I guess that should be re-released so everyone does have the chance, right? Going by Gary's words that could be construed as the case.
Oh but you tell me everyone still has the chance to buy it now if they had 10m? Well a week ago everyone had the chance to get the Menorah Hat if they had 30m.
What's the real difference?
The Menorah Hat wasn't officially released in the STORES...it was ONLY available on yo.com
According to some people it was, and they still claim it was.
What's an accidental release? Is the Slayer Tank accidental? Is the cat clock? Is the lips urinal? Is the Red Velvet Toilet? Maybe those are just short time releases?
Who's to say? Who's to know? I do say that anything that was a short time/accidental release should plummet to the ground in value...and I even own a couple of Crosses.

We’ll be releasing more previously-unreleased items, but we have no plans to re-release any items that were officially released and then removed from stores. So we will not be putting out older themes or homes, but we may release more items that did not get proper releases in the game. We’re aware that rare items are very valuable to some players, and this way we can maintain the rarity and value of previously-released items while making previously-unreleased items available to more players. I hope this makes sense, and reassures you that we have no plans to devalue older players’ items.

Elite, Super Saturday, Groovy, Fairytale Fantasy.
Should those themes be re-released? They were definitely short time releases.
According to what John said in this thread, they could be fair game.

That's not the type of "short term" they mean. They mean something that was out for an hour...as an example.
They also said when they took over the game that they WOULD NOT re-release themes like Zynga did, but may create similar items of their own!!

^^^^Does this now mean an end to the debate^^^. You couldn't get clearer than this imo.

Your bolded is technically wrong. They used Zynga created content and put it in game. Pets accidentally and all of this unreleased - now - released stuff.
Speaking of the Jaguar, he is now technically accidentally released...maybe he will be back!

What about 4 1/2 hours? 8 hours 32.233333 secs? 13 hours? 1 day?

They represent a religious holiday....therefore they're religious.

Yes the pets were an accident, which is why they removed them right away. But how many people know for sure what was created by Zynga and by BVG...when did BVG sell it to Zynga??
You have to remember it was BVG's first!!!

LMAO So everyone who celebrates Christmas is religious??
I have no memory of Santa Claus or the Easter bunny being in the bible or any other religious doctrine.
