I lost an item on June 25th in the auction house. I sent a ticket right away, and finally got a response on July 3rd saying that they see the item back in my inventory, which it's not. I asked them to check again and I'm still waiting for a reply about it.

Thank you Panic :) i'm waiting patiently...i just wish I could use the AH in the mean time to make coins.... but i'm too affraid...maybe i'll give it a shot with items i don't mind loosing lol

I'm thinking I should have sent a photo of the item that was lost instead of just using the name. Then they know exactly what to look for. I lost my France soccer jersey, so I'm not sure if they are confusing it with other shirts with the word "jersey" in it that I own. Because it's now a fairly expensive item, I'll definitely keep bugging them about it until it gets resolved.

I lost green sideburn and i waited for a reply for about 2 weeks and reply was : Try cleaning up your Cache and if that doesnt fix it let us know. I did that and of course nothing, now 3rd day since that and nothing waiting for further action. That is annoying. I know they just took over yo, but that shouldnt happen! And the auction house not working constantly is FRUSTRATING!

All I was told was to clear the cache. They never even acknowledge there is a problem with it Like I was the only one to ever mention it. :mrgreen:

It happened to me, I sent in a ticket, about two weeks ago. I just heard from them today, and they saw what I sold, they saw the glitch and replaced my coins for me. Just give it some time guys. They are swamped with tickets from what my email said.

I could have sworn that I lost sold/lost several items in the auction house and never got paid for them. I list so many items it is hard to keep track, I wish there was better ways to keep log of the items that are put in. It makes me sad that so many people are having a hard time getting a hold of BVG support. That isn't a good thing :?

I lost white cupid wings. Never got money for them but they are gone from inventory. I had two now i have one and no money for them! Garrrrghhhhhh.
I am not putting anything else into the AH until i hear from BVG that this issue has been fixed. And I LOVE the AH!!! Gonna hae withdrawals from this!

I just put in a ticket for the wings i lost a few weeks ago. Maybe it will help them in sorting out what is going on.
I don't expect my wings back or the money i lost from them but I would love for the AH to be fixed so that I feel comfortable using it. :)

It's been about a week now for me, no response. I included a pic of the bid i received as well as proof that it did not magically return to my inventory. Anyway, I hope they sort this out soon. Way too many have had this issue.

Unfortunately I'm in the same position, lost an item just to receive a reply from support saying it returned to me even though it didn't. I thought the AH had stopped acting up but low and behold 2 more items just lost due to it acting up. But I don't even think I'm going to write a ticket this time as it seems to me support has no idea what they're doing so I would rather not waste my time yet again. Maybe they'll put a proper system in place that can track items instead of leaving it to clueless support.

So be careful still, my 2 items were lost about 5 minutes ago so this issue is still present!

I got a reply back from support before the weekend that said
the issue was resolved.
It also said to try C F5 and C Alt Delete.

It didn't say anything about returning my missing items.

And... the issue is NOT resolved.
