As it's been stated a few times in this thread quoting Gary's interview with YoRehab, if any item has officially been released by Zynga in the past we will not be putting it back into the game. Accidental releases such as the Menorah Hat are different, as they weren't an official release.

All of your 08 and 09 costumes, retro specks, and all the other valuable items that have been released before are not going to be re-released. As Gary mentioned, we understand the value of rare items and want to keep it that way.

If you see people posting 'rumor' threads about releases coming tomorrow or next week, if it's not a post from one of us then it's exactly that, a rumor!

I agree with you here. There's a difference in items like retros, etc being pricejacked and grass tiles. The retros, IMHO, are pricejacked because there are not tons of them in the game. I don't know a number to use, but with so many old players leaving, there just aren't huge numbers. The grass tiles etc are different because there are probably tons of them but no one can buy more, so they are hanging on to what they have. I myself have maybe 30 or 40 of those grass tiles, but they are being used, not hoarded and I will probably never sell any of them. Same with the walls. Anyway...the way to solve part of that problem is to allow us to change the floors on ALL of the homes, inside and out.

They can also make new grass tiles and walls and put them in a theme that stays forever. I'm all for that, I would like to see them really concentrate on making a theme to stay forever with items for decorators. It would be great if we could suggest even design items for that theme.

Dear John, ok, but do you also understand half of the yoworld players don't care about the "rarity" of the items, but they just want to shop for the items they want anytime they need and just play the game, decorate & dress up & have fun without worrying about chasing items for days or paying millions of coins for a single item? Don't those players also deserve to be understood ? Isn't it ignoring the other side ?

Wasn't the Cross officially released? I'm almost certain it was but who knows. If they ever would put it out. I hope it's for 50 yo and has a timer on it. That way I could stock up on them

I think that idea sounds superb and I really hope they implement it into the game! I don't do much designing but that would probably make me start.

I"m still waiting to hear how putting grass tiles and wall pieces back in the store would affect the "rare" market or your pixel worth?
