Those VIP items should have been removed from the store when the theme they came from was removed, they most likely only stayed in store because of an oversite or something. I'm glad they're gone now because people kept getting scammed, I know, I know, you buy at your own risk but still.

No they shouldn't. That was one of the perks of being VIP, god knows towards the end there wasn't many perks anymore.

I don't know about you, but I'm not made of money.

I only stocked up when themes were leaving, especially furniture items. Especially the way zynga was closing themes at the drop of a hat during the last six months they owned it.

they did make an anouncement via email that vip was going to disappear.. that should have been your "warning"

They didn't say they were not transferring items over, they didn't really make any statement about it at all once the bvg acquisition was announced. That closing announcement was a posted at the time the game was closing permanently. Communication was never really zyngas thing, though.
