A +++++++.. BVG has exceeded my expectations thus far. I feel safer when going to game. Old friends are returning and I am making new friends. They keep us up to date and I love this forum. I love the avenues and I am getting so excited to see the new clothes and themes that will be coming. They answered everyone of my emails and bugs and I want to personally thank Greg and Gary for an awesome fantastic amazing job. I support them 1000% and I do believe they are the best gaming management team around. 5 STARS

I started to read the threads about the pets being re-released and then I quit reading them when I saw some saying on here and FB that it was like having Z all over again. In my opinion that is completely unfair. BVG has done more to fix this game in a matter of weeks than Z did in the last few years.

You know, nothing is perfect. In an effort to fix or give us the things we want, there might be some bumps in the road. Accidents do happen. The other thing is we need to remember that there is going to be a bit of a catch up period for them. Unless they played the game every day since it was sold to Z, they aren't necessarily going to know what was released when and what was part of exclusive short time themes. The point is, it was an accidental re-release and they immediately addressed it AND communicated with us about it. I hope people continue to be patient. Comparing them to Z, in my opinion is wrong. I do not think based on anything we have seen from their behavior or communication so far that they are anything like our former owners.

I am grateful. The game I love to play is still here. I still have my things and the ability to interact with my friends in the game. So if things don't go as planned on occasion, I can deal with that. We are in good hands. I have no doubts about that.

Thank you to BVG and the entire team~~~~~~no only did they save our game, but since the takeover, we have nothing but complete "Customer Support" from them~~~~~that is priceless!!! Looking forward to seeing where they will take our game!! For me there is not a rating that will be high enough for them and what they have achieved so far!! 10 out of 10!!!!
