i am sure they noticed 5% of players buying yocash

Actually, if you ask me, I thought it was a bit to early for them to really measure that.

I had not originally bought YoCash because I had 50+ YoCash left over from the Zynga era, and if you ask around, the same story goes for many other players. Which why I think that it only showed up as 5% to them, because many players had no need to buy Yocash yet. Unless of course BVG took that measurement from Zynga's time, but they never said they did, so we can assume that data comes from the time they have owned YoWorld so far.

I still had an ample amount of YoCash to spend, but I still bought some.

Now, depending on the player, people may be running out on Zynga-era Yocash, and the percentage of people buying YoCash might be increasing.

All the helicopter does is just spin the propellers right? At least with cars and such you can move around the map with them. BVG better hope their pricing of what could be considered collectible or for the rich yocash or coin items don't start pushing people away when people realize how much money they are actually spending to just get one item. Wow! Just Wow!

Edit- I seriously had to put my hand over my mouth when I saw the prices. I was about to spew coke zero all over my keyboard and computer.

I was shocked by the prices too.. I had to look twice.

The coin glitches and hackers maybe gone but BVG mentioned that they wont be taking those coins away from legit players? People used those exploits to get crazy amounts of coins and brought items with them.. Those people were banned. However, the people that sold their items to people doing the exploits didn't lose their coins? So therefore, BVG are trying to get these people to spend crazy amounts of coins for items that they believe they wont be able to sell in the future..

Hoping for Celtic Cross soon! :geek:

Because they know a lot of people won't and eventually the price will sky rocket.

The old one didnt skyrocket! I remember when it was selling for around 100k.... It wasnt a good investment! Plus, if they dont make it a limited release, it wont go up anyway!

People will stock up on this item, it will leave store, they wont sell.. Easy way to remove coins from the game.. Good idea from BVG

It has no timer. I don't see anyone stocking up on them. If it had a timer i'd of already bought yocash and stocked up on um...just like the creepy cat. If it'd had a timer but it doesn't so I just bought mine through ah. No need for buying yocash.

I think by demand they will have to put a timer on it...

It has no timer but that's the same with most items.. There are 2 crowns in store for 50YoCash.. People stocked up on them without a timer.. You may not see people buying them in bulk, but I'm sure some people are stupid enough to do so.

I don't stock up on items just because they have a timer. I stock up on items I like so if I need coins in the future I don't have to sell all the items Iike.. I can sell 2 or 3 of one item and still have one left for myself.  :geek:

If they sit back, then it would take a long time to fix, what they are doing is speeding up the process. This is not only good for everyone, but good for BVG as well.

I'm pretty sure the did get it from Zynga because I remember seeing that only 5% buy yocash being mentioned in the Reddit discussion with the Z dev that had been let go during one of the cut backs. ;)

Then it would still be inaccurate, right? How long ago was that discussion held? During the cut backs? Was that not over a year ago? Almost a year?

If it was long ago, who's to say the percentage did not go up, or even lowered less that 5%?

I still think it was early for them to measure if you ask me. Why buy Yocash when one could easily have 50+ or even 100+ Yocash left over from before the transfer? Even if that info did come from Z's time, may I remind you, how old is that info?

In my opinion the price is so wrong given the fact that Super Sat XL Heli was a collectible.... thus its price was shall I say "justified" in a way...
These new three are former "hacked" items and are definitely not collectibles...
I am wondering what the prices of future collectibles will be given the recent releases of items...
We normally had the coin collectible at aprox 20k and the yo cash collectibles which varied between 20-30 yocash if I Im not mistaken...
So...!!! do we expect the coin collects to be in six digits & the yo cash ones in three digits from now on or????

The 1m might be unheard of, but the 100yc is the original price tag of the red one when it was out for Super Saturday. :)

So them being previously unreleased and some of the previously most sought out items in the games does not justify it either, huh? :|

they have some kind of counter in place to see what is selling. why would players buy bulk with yocash, if they can buy with coinage same item but a different color? no timers lol

It was fairly recent.. last Fall maybe? If Greg was speaking off numbers he'd been given during the talks then it jives and makes sense.

There have been people spending loads of cash on the game, believe it or not, I know I wont always like the coin version of items.

I guess it does.

If this is the case, one of the reasons I think the buying of cash fell that much was because of Zynga's poor treatment of the game. I really hope BVGs way of treating the game (which is good btw) makes that 5% go up.

It's three items out of all the ones they released. So what if they're high prices. The other Copter was 100yc. Everyone calm down!
