I'm curious on and this is OT Dinky...but when all the hacks were going on and you got hacked. When they left a white board of who owned you. I know that you as a rehab agent should absolutely know how to keep your account secure. And you knew they were coming for you.

I would like to know how you feel if our accounts are secure without clicking on links or giving out info.

thank you

Something does not feel right about this. I am not sure what. I stand on what I said already. We need to prove ourselves, as a body of players ,trustworthy. We need to just play the game. We don't need to start coming up with ideas on how to gift money to other people.

In ex. lets say I held a contest and have a winner. So I visit their apartment and and send them a certain amount of coins/yc. But my coins/yc are protected/held (just like when you bid on AH) untill the other person logs in, gets the notification that they received a coin/yc gift, they approve and accept, and then the transition happens. If they don't accept like for a week, the gift gets canceled automatically by the system. And in all contidions, the sender should receive the notification like "your gift was accepted or refused or cancelled due to expiration"

This way everything will be trackable and secure.

Also I think, all gifting should be connected to a "accept / don't accept" system.

I dont think extending it to YC is a good idea. Just coins.

Why?

Because coins are earned and free. Most YC (except the small amounts that are won) is paid for with real money. It just makes it different in my opinion. I would have no problem gifting someone coins I earned. As a YC buyer I am way more picky about what I do with my YC that I use my real money to buy. Others may feel differently, thats just how i feel and my differentiation of it.

I got hacked because of who I was. All they had to do was go on my yo.com and that was it. It's not like they got my FB or any of my personal info. It wasn't a big deal, as it's just a FB game.

I made out quite alright and Zynga even refunded me all the items they used my account to transfer lol.

Back on topic though, I doubt this will ever happen, but I'm glad some are on board.

Also to the person who said this sounds fishy. I had a contest on Friday and can't catch up with the winner as we are 6hrs apart in time. So I came up with this idea.

Of course yc is different than coins but I think being able to gift yc among players won't harm anything. For example my close yo-friends in USA used to send me zynga gift card codes as a gift on special occasions like birthday or christmas, because there are none in my country. But there was no way for me to gift them yc. Now there is no way for no one since there are no BVG giftcards as far as know. I think it is needed more for yc than coins. That will be so useful among close friends, and for contest holders. Just my opinion.

It will also make players to buy extra yocash for gifting friends & family which will be good for BVG.
