There's nothing anyone can do to help you.

Let me guess, you used the same password on both accounts, sorry but your items will most likely not be recovered, but send in a ticket using the Help tab in game.

send an email and provide all the information but i doubt they'll do anything, they can always check activity on your account

Two things:

1. How did giving her access to your second account get her access to your first account?
2. You willingly gave away a password. BVG has warned against this from day one. It's unlikely they can do anything, but if you'd like to give it a go, there is a Help tab in game at the top of the screen.

look either way bvg and fb can get past activity on your account, ip's etc so one way or another u are not getting your items back
