Yo-economy is a steady up and down.
Personally I thought prices were a little high until recently,so the decreasing movement is good to stabilize things again.

^^ I agree. I heard the same thing about limes, whites, and duty belt too..how ugly, etc. But wouldn't ya know how many scrambled to store to get them a few days ago.

Aw ok my bad, i thought they have been 2 times. So the 1 time was the 09 and they were 20k the pink and 20k the blue right?

Yeah those were the only release but there were some of those other ones that were released and people called them retros. Although retro wasn't even in the name lol. I forget what they were called but there were two different times that people tried to pull that lol

4 or 3 weeks ago it also drop and rise up it dropped to 15m then goes 22m then now 19m well you can't tell but for me i decide to keep it cause i know it will rise up again

when the new release comes

Actually, new releases generally drive down the prices for old stuff as sellers who do not want to buy yo cash unload their valuables to buy items from yo cash dealers. But you go ahead and keep holding onto that hope. I'll be there to lift you of your burden on the other side.

Well, for majority, it's not that easily "grab"able item even to "have it" and use it let alone thinking of a second pair for reselling even if it's lower that before now. So, I think that's not the case. Sometimes demand drops. It's normal. And FG's have a huge role on that.

Maybe. I never wanted them and certainly not at ridiculous prices.

One reason a lot of prices will drop is that most of us are protective of our coins. They are harder to replace for now. Most of the players who had millions of coins from prohibited sources or means are either gone or can't get them that way now. Others who were coin farming with dozens of accounts have likely stopped that for fear of getting caught violating TOS.

Eventually, the market is either saturated with an item and demand dries up, or they become so "valuable" that demand dries up because only the fabulously "wealthy" can afford it. If they become too expensive for people to afford, then those who need to sell must settle for what people can afford to pay.

For me, if you have something that I want, it is only worth what I am willing to pay for it. If the cost is too high, then I don't buy it. If you are desperate to sell it to me, then you will accept what I am willing to pay.

I think that in the days to come, there will be more desperate sellers than desperate buyers, at least regarding the over-priced rares, unreleased, and FG items.

There were a few players selling Pink retros and Cupid bow by bulk, thus there is more supply of the said items making them less rare and driving the price down.

One reason why I think prices are going to begin to drop is because BVG got rid of a lot of the coins sellers and buyers. Second, because FG got in game and lots of people who wanted those items got them. Third, maybe people are waking up and realizing they are not as rare as people previously thought. I mean they really were more popular than "rare".

There is A LOT of hypocrisy going around on the forums. Tons of people say they hate re-releases, yet run to buy the items when they re-release. Why is that?
Sometimes, I think people just like to see their words written on the screen and don't realize that people remember what they actually say! lol

I've never owned the Pink Retros, as I've never really wanted them...I don't wear a lot of pink. I do have the coins to buy them right now, a few pairs actually...but I choose not to. So for those making a general statement that only the ones that can't afford them, don't like them...well, they're just wrong. Some of us actually DON'T want them.
However, should the prices come down even more, that's not to say I won't pick up a pair to hold onto so I could sell them later. Prices on these go up and down like a yo-yo.

Rets are a really wanted item, and a true collectible.
People try to drop their price so they can afford them, but their price did not go as high as it is overnight so I think people should work to get them.
