How is that a "SCAM"--- if you don't know what you are buying it's your fault... ( kind of like in real life, shoppe around, look in the stores).

I agree with you here. This isn't necessarily a scam. If you're getting caught up in one of these events and find yourself paying for an overpriced item then it is indeed your own fault. However, these people do know that these items currently exist in stores for all to buy, therefore they're taking advantage of people who may not have a full understanding of "check before you buy". Either way, they should be stopped.
