I personally don't care one way or another, but if people want an opt out choice, then I don't see why they shouldn't have it.

i do understand family issues, i had a niece added to my list a yr or so ago and as soon as she looked around at my things and visited my yo-profile back then she was always bugging me for things. i called her mother and put an end to that :twisted:

I don't care either way. As I stated on the other thread, I see it as a thank you for the month and nothing more. If too many find it offensive or just don't want it, I am fine with them removing it.

Doesnt matter much to me, I can tell you though that i did purchase more yocash to see if i could get up to a gold badge but im still a little short :p

They should give us support based on badge status. Gold members get emailed back first. Then no one would complain about it showing

Well I have two daughters and two grand daughters and they have local friends who play.
And I'm generous. But sometimes I just want to be at peace and decorate.

I actually have a long time yo friend who just visited my house from Alabama
with her daughter and grand children too. Our children virtually grew up together.

It was fun playing Yo with them all here. My youngest daughter even talked about
having future YoWorld parties because it was so much fun and added a different
level to the game.

wow!......It's unfortunate you're considering to not even any longer support this game just for that reason...There is plenty of people now who are shown to be supporters of this game and they all have the right to either be a YC dealer or not. Nobody is forcing anybody to support this game for anybody but themselves and this company. Simply because people are shown to support the game during the times they do, doesn't make anybody obligated to do anything they don't want to do.

What a bummer to see people walking away from supporting the game just because beggars may try their luck.

You weren't here when the begging was at it's strongest, or when the hackers were wiping out everybody who had yocash. Trust me, that's a headache nobody wants to deal with again.

I see where you're saying. I agree. I can see the argument that it's not important, or not really people's business since it is a rank that involves money. But I too can admit I don't see it as being that a big deal. I guess I can understand both sides...It's true that I don't think it's anybodies business, but I don't care now that it is either.

Even if there is stuff in game that I like I won't open my wallet. I'll make do with the little yocash I have left and find dealers from then on for the bits in store that catch my eye for as long as my spending habits are put on full blast on the forum.

If it isn't removed completely, then having the right to opt out of it showing is the best way to go.

LOL exactly Rain! But then we would have threads from members complaining that others are flaunting their 'gold' badges instead of opting out like 'them'. You know, sometimes you just can't win.. :lol:

Stop complaining. It's just a badge. Even if you don't buy yc don't feel bad. It doesn't change the fact that we are all a community and the game is still alive. SMH.

And thats one of the problems. There is no actual benefit here, so its about status....which is stupid imho. It also feels like people are being manipulated into buying so they arent embarrassed to not have a badge...I dont like this either. I want an opt out button as well please.

Many people without the badge still support this game by buying off of yc dealers that buy extra to sell to people who dont buy. I dont think there should be any kind of divide amongst the players.
