I just stated facts that my daughter-in-law was in labor all day and into the night and my internet was out due to a storm!

I don't think anyone was referring to you .. yes, there are those times when crap happens and people truly cannot get online .. but, the vast majority seem to be just wanting things after the items are gone... screaming blue murder and the like....
