I do understand the frustration. I just piled up a bunch of glass Christmas balls in my Mafia house and tried to hide a tree because I dare not sent those items to my inventory. I will not be able to place them again. The glitch affecting 08/09 Christmas items has not been fixed yet. However, I am enjoying what BigV has done for us. I feel safe in the game for the first time in at least three years and that alone is worth more than any Christmas ornament. I suggest you look for the good - take the glass is half full attitude and celebrate what we do have. Thanks to Big V I got a bubble machine - something I never thought I would have the pleasure of playing with whenever I want.

I think its funny how some complain, considering where this game was headed to a few months ago. Just be glad its still here, if it wasnt, then ya couldnt complain!

I think he actually came back and was quite polite in his responses.. He replied to everyone and said that he didnt realise that devs and designers were different. He seemed to be a bit off in his first post but if you read everything, he came across well.

There's a bunch of behind the scenes things that happen constantly to keep the game running and working, but liveblogging it all would be a lot of work and would prevent us from getting things done. It also wouldn't be very interesting for 99.9% of players. For example, today several developers spent a lot of time troubleshooting connection limit issues which turned out to be caused by our server hardware provider randomly dropping IPV6 support for the YoWorld servers, which was in turn causing timeouts with Facebook and long loading times, especially noticeable on gameload. It also resolved some Auction House issues too.

To reiterate, we're in this for the long haul. If we just wanted to profit and not concentrate on making the game better, we wouldn't have saved this game. There are easier ways to make money.

Many thanks to you and the whole team for the hard work which you are all doing. :D

the auction house issue I get the same , don't load anything up, can't click or it greys out can't search etc
BUT I have found that if I AH in my afternoon/evening its fine ... why ? Time difference that's why in my afternoon/evening peeps in the USA and Canada are sleeping (well most are) so aren't on.
Its the server thing with us all being on the same one , there are crowds outside Altons we never EVER had crowds before ..unless there was a protest
