no 13 year olds in england can't get a credit card, you can however get a cash or debit card

I know a lot of adults who might have benefited from learning how to manage their money much earlier on then they did.. back when they did not have rent or utilities to worry about on top of maxing cards.

First off, dont disrespect noobs by ordering them what to do and not do, because i bet you did/do the same thing, we all did at some point.
Second off, usually new players are not recognized with the forum page or knows how to get information outside of the game
Third off can we not call them noob, What ever happened to new players, or new comers, I get saying noob is shorter, but more take offensive towards that.
and Fourth off, most people are more worried about paying bills then wasting money on a game, I mean people can play YoWorld and not put a dime into the game, I am just saying, you cant change who they are, you can guide them though, I like how your trying to help them out, but you will do alot if you tell them that in the game rather then on forums

Some of those are good advice.
Pageants are tough to win for new players,since their competition may have a bigger yo-wardrobe .
I believe there are Facebook cards which can be bought in store.
So a teen may be able to save some pocket money and purchase one of those once in a while.

You can be any age as long as you have Parental Consent, you can play without a parental approval at the age of 16 and up, and you cant make a facebook account unless you are 18 and over, or with a parental consent as well

Everyone was once a noob, including yourself OP. Perhaps welcoming them instead of telling them what not to do will help them.
