All you can do is send BVG a ticket. BVG has stated numerous times they cannot help if you give out your personal info..Good luck hun

None of us can help you with this. You need to submit a ticket to BVG, and give them all of your details. Goodluck hun! I hope if you did get hacked that you get your stuff back. This whole thing just sounds fishy. I mean she told you to create another account and would just randomly give you yocash which is not possible unless she decided to buy yocash on your account. Now, all of the sudden your main account is hacked? You can not use the same email and password for another account. Also, posting a picture on here that looks different than what you current outfit is does not necessarily mean you were hacked and I hope no one here falls for this if it is truly you just trying to get stuff from the nice people on this forum.

Tip- If it sounds to good to be true... IT IS!
