We used to catch up every day, even if it was only through messages. We would have a blast joking around, hanging out and just laughing at life in general. I miss her dearly, but I know if she could she'd be telling me to cut the crap out and just get on with it, lol. She was that kind of person.

I still visit her houses, sit my Yo down on her couch and hang with her offline Yo, every so often I'll leave her a message, if only to let her know how much her sarcastic, cheeky butt is missed.

I am glad I'm not the only one who does this

I have a number of players that I cannot bring myself to remove...either they have passed away or quit the game. I still miss them. Every so often I will do what you do...visit...sit...remember...pet their virtual dog or cat...leave a msg in their empty inbox.

I never understood 'internet' relationships until YO. .... Now, I get it.

  Yeah, it's the only way I get to 'visit' her. I think her family removed people they didn't know from her FB so I lost her there. I have no idea how I got to keep her in Yo but I'm not complaining in the slightest. I'm just thankful I have her in game. She was one of a kind in so many ways. And even though it sounds weird, I can sit on her couch in her apartment (I've visited her hundreds of houses and used all her bathrooms...lol....it was a long running joke... but her apartment just feels like home to me as it's where we hung out a lot) and I can almost hear her telling me to quit being a baby, wipe those damn tears and get on with it Mir :haha:

  I feel the same Mir.

wat i love about yoworld is that we meet so many ppl from diff states/countries and become friends. Sometimes we dont know if they r just not playing or we lost em but its always good to see them logging in and coming back to play or chat for a while. Some of my game friends r not active now but sometimes i visit their houses in the game and later text em on snapchat or watsapp.

Heartwarming stories.

Alas, there never was an answer about how to remove people from the list.

I don't see the question, but here are the instructions:

I have lost three people since playing 2009. It has been very heartbreaking as you do get to know peoples lives and struggles. True friendships can come out of this cute little pixel game. I met one of my besties here on Yo. We have visited each others houses, gone on cruises and holidays together. We talk on the phone all the time, she is truly a gift from Yo to me.
