Glad I was online and caught the Discord notification and managed to quickly screenshot mine before they were deleted. My boards were nothing special, however held sentimental value. Awful poorly executed decision from the Vikings. Some proper notice would have been nice to allow people to at least have time to save their art...

I check in with the game a few times each week and it seems the player base is getting more and more fed up with the way the game is going. Such a shame, just feels like a repeat of those last couple of years with Zynga

This is a garbage decision based on the nebulous "abusing" being done by a few players. I'm glad you identified that they were abusing them, but whoever decided that this was the solution does not play this game at all. BG has gutted part of the energy and time of 1000s of players. BVG has eradicated part of their game personality. BVG has stolen part of what made the game unique and special for them and turned it into a meaningless pile of pixels.

The right call would have been to freeze all paint boards and strip away our capacity to edit them further - but only IF the crime was that serious.

To say I'm disappointed is to understate what this means to our game. In the pantheon of bad BVG decisions, we now have a new champion. Well done?

I have done boards for players that have pets that have passed, I have done boards for all sorts of things. They are not just boards, they are treasured items (more than money) to some players. Please reconsider your decision.

My boards are intact still and I hope they remain that way! I haven't checked all I have, I checked only this room...

These types of items have always been my favorite type of items.. eggs that I can put art on (no longer working) carving pumpkins.. white board art (no longer working) and now these...

there is no compensation to replace the fun I have.. or the treasured memories that players have brought into the game thru' these paint boards.

I would like to know why Flatch's boards are still there but ALL of mine are erased. I had no warning. Nor did most people who loved and played this game to decorate.

BVG, this just shows your lack of consideration for your players. Why the heavy handed approach? There are so many other solutions that you could have employed to deal with this issue. What about players who have built entire rooms around boards? I made wallpaper and built a room around and now it's all gone? Do you guys know how many hours of work you have erased with the click of a button?

Zynga would have NEVER done this to us. I am so convinced you guys want this game to end without actually ending it. It's outright shameful what you've done. If there is no reversal on this I am sure a lot will quit as will I. :grr

, what the hell are you doing by punish the entire yoworld family , listen carefuly i bin playing since june 2008 this game was only a month old when i started and there were ploblems with wpe packet editor users using filters to annoy the game and the players but you guys behind bvg you know what zynga never ever punished the entire platform of players they use there time ti spy and figure out who the bad ones was and perm ip banned those f...kers they never ever made a decission this dumb as you guys just did .. :nerd:

After you guys took over the game we all was grateful bcz you bought it back and saved yoville / yoworld but and yea theres a HUGE but after a year we started to see the lazyness from you guys when ppl lost items they spent years savin up to get you didnt care no help , okay okay w acceoted that the help from support was no longer a solution and ya we all accepted its all about takin our real money sellin us yiocash and how did we figure it out well it was easy and we still see it now by the same old themes just in nerw colors and you guys thinks we still got them players in our hands but let me tell you guys a little story -

why the f...k do you guys think there are tons of groups on facebook with ppl selling there entire accounts items for a bit of money before they leave game for good bcz they are tired of being fooled by you guys im not a fan of the way they do it but i truly understand why , ppl kno now that we all just your money hoes now nothing else .. :thumbsup:

you guys make surveys with fantastic AI new houses with themes that on the pictures looks awesome but we never see any of them and if we get something that look alike its a old theme with new colors , now my question who stupid do you bvg guys think we are seriously is this what we get for being loyal to the game by a decate ( for me soon 16 years ) is a punishment to the entire platform of players what you can come up with .. :sleeping:

I hope you are ready on the support when players sending in there bills to be refounded for the yocash they have used to get what you removed in one click , bcz if we dont get a refound im sure a huge of loyal players no longer will be loyal and leave for good.. :thumbsup:

BVG think it over again , listen to your users and change that decission u have made .. restore the game that click so the boards wont be blank .. :heart:

Considering the number of active players I see on my map it probably wouldn't have been too hard to actually chase down and punish the people actually doing the bad crap. But hey nooooo problem just burn it all down, used to it by now.

We sit back and watch this game slowly dying due to a 'few people' who break the rules of the game. Why or WHO made the decision to remove these paintboards without notice? Many of us have spent millions on these to have sentimental tributes to loved ones who have passed away as well as decorations for our homes.

Maybe it's time for BVG to put some of their people out of the office and into the game to monitor things. Or maybe 'hire' players to report on things and give their reports priority to get someone at BVG headquarters to investigate.

This is terribly wrong and there is no way that we will ever be compensated for what you have taken away from us. With every wrong decision that is made by BVG, the game goes downhill a little bit more. I have never felt so close to walking away from this game than I do today. :sad:

wow, absolutely ridiculous, did you not consider the sentimental value of some of these HAND DRAWN arts that were made? i have a friend who has since passed away that HAND DREW me a picture of her avatar that i displayed in my living room in remembrance that is IRREPLACEABLE, and you have just gone and deleted it, not cool at all, final nail in the coffin for me on this game, onto the next.

I typically don't react immediately to decisions affecting me personally as a player, I wait and see. Nor do I post in the forums. But THIS is just poor management. Most of us paid for these paint boards from the store THEN paid the artist to do them for us. (I'm too lazy to do art myself). I had so many sweet pics, many from friends no longer playing or deceased. Just a damn shame to see such a drastic form of discipline. You may try to compensate us, but you will never be able to. Can you return the boards made by old players with their art? Do you know how much was paid for them? Do you understand the sentimentality of these items. This is mostly a Social Chat/Friendship game, the trading and buying is just a perk. How very sad. I hope you can come to an agreeable solution. Again, the sins of a few are paid for by the innocent.

I have a lot of pictures I have collected over the years from 2009. It's deplorable, that the few always spoil everything for the majority of us that love beauty and freedom. :sad:

: grr I hope you are NOT including the eggs. because I would be very upset to lose all the easter eggs and Mickey Mouse and Minnie and Donald Duck pictures a friend was selling. So, amazing talent would be lost to me.

I love Bookworm tours too. My favorite tour is the Big Bang Theory. That is my favorite sitcom. So sorry Bookworm. :heartbroken:

I am truly sorry for all those players in game who put so much effort into paint boards!!! Good friends of mine spent countless hours making "hand drawn boards". Many players including my-self purchased these boards for enjoyment, deco and sales!!! If one person commits a crime, why does everyone have to be punished??? Since to boards have been erased one of my favorite rooms has been
ruined due to this incident! BVG really? :sick:
