Did not receive any pop-up for my 25 yocash! Please fix it, I completed all the challenges

i didnt get my 25 yc ,,sooo how u doing this ?? why giving the promised prize to some ppl but skip others ?? i did complete all challenges as i always do --- and i put effort not doing 120 gemmer rooms or fits,,

excellent work on the Cam Lunar Hair, Cam. its gorgeous and one of my favorites in this game yet.

omg am hearing so many and so many havent received their 25 yc,,i really wonder how u picked who will get their yc !dont u have a system to credit ppl correctly?isubmitted my ticket (which i didnt have to !) but nothing yet ,,looks like waiting takes long since 636363773 other ppl submit tickets about this issue ,u should better fix it without asking us to send tickets because its very obvious u failed big time

I'm so sorry, I hope they can straightened out and your help ticket looked at soon.
I checked my account log and Found I was Granted a 25 Yocash Reward Granted on January 28, at 04:02. Not sure what time zone that clock is set to.
Looking forward to hearing that you and everybody else who participated in all 8 challenges got theirs too.
There are so few rewards granted in this game, especially compared to their other game, that will not be named, they grant a crazy lot of rewards and free items to by comparison.
Just saying....I've seen them do better than they do us. They must really hate us? Not sure what the reason is, but it sticks out like a sore thumb to everyone else that plays their other game that will not be named.

yeah not all of us got the pop up POPPED UP to claim it they are so busy spamming our game play with all the other pop ups over and over again, that the important ones dont appear
all that spam of them is yet another nail in my over it game play coffin
