Still getting snake/disconnect via stand-alone app.
Windows is up to date.

Game has been very troublesome via Firefox... especially today with constant freezing.
* Usually caused by a massive spike in cpu/ram resources suddenly being used up (by the side ads loading?)... memory leaks should be a thing of the past by now... unless they are caused by some sort of nefarious reason.

We would suggest trying another browser. Chrome has a limit of 4GB of usage which can be too little for some player's accounts.

i will try another , i dont have any others installed what do you suggest

I was able to log in on desktop version today . I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SINCE 12/21/24.
However, I got da boot minutes later. Facebook and desktop both freeze for me shortly after logging in. Safari Version 18.2

i seem to have to close the program once and reopen (cannot reload as game freezes) to play AND when i open auction house when i click on inventory nothing appears under clothing Unless i reload game


aaaaand while in challenges for sure i cannot scroll through clothing inventory as it bounces back to whatever was there first

Won't load at all now. No snake. Just never loads. Using the app. Going to try fb. Not a good 'fix' in my opinion.

On Google Chrome, it will not load. It keeps flashing but no 'snake'.
On Firefox, after several days of not being able to load, today it loaded but after a couple of minutes, it freezes and I have to restart.

I'm using Chrome and on the most recent Mac OS. Fewer random disconnections but still happening periodically. And loading is still sometimes slow from place to place.

mine is constantly freezing every 10 seconds and i am missing out on everything...normally i play on safari for years and years with no issue and i also tried google chrome with no luck...i cleared cache, cookies, history etc...

The disconnections still happen. I was disconnected when I was decprating for the GE I had to redo everything

Same exact thing is happening to me. Doesn't matter which browser or device I use. Also not my connection as it's 500 mb consistently.

Still happening. Briefly seemed better, but maybe that was wishful thinking. I use the YoWorld app, not Facebook. Help, please... Thank you for trying.

I am still not able to get in - I dont have the snake, but it loads, and loads, and loads and loads...Will not connect - Running on Windows 10

Since the Stability update, I come into game more times with my room and player's clothes not loading.
I was hoping this would reduce the wait times....maybe a very very very small amount, but for the most part, I have to plan on parking myself in front of my computer for a minimum of 10 minutes waiting for the purchase and saving of my room to happen.
I cannot decide if my wardrobe manager loads faster or not....fast does not describe it....I wait and wait and wait for stuff to load.
Same with the Auction house loading my inventory to pick out things to sell.

I hope there is more tweaking of this stability ability coming out, because I can see little difference in my account.

Thank you though for trying to address a very frustrating issue with this game...............the wait wait wait while it lags lags lags

Chrome Version 131.0.6778.141 there is an intermittent lag issues but great with Ads. I also use Edge Version 131.0.2903.99... both great. When I get the snake server which is seldom, the issue is across the board. Give those 2 browser and version a try, might help

I am on Mac. I think the problem comes from the buddy list. On Chrome, when I try to browse the buddy list or I try to join someone, the game crashes (I get the message, "the tab is gone bye, refresh!" Or when I succeed after many trials, I get beachballs (wait sign) for 3-15 seconds when the game is frozen and I can't type or move.
On Safari, the game is freezing after it loads the room. I get froze in my own room.
On Firefox I cannot get in the game.
I can sometimes in Orion (Mac only browser), but if I open other tab or I switch on other application, the game freezes again. And the internet traffic is huge.

I am still having issues. Since Dec 21, I have only gotten on maybe three times. There were sever snake issues the whole time and then I deleted the desktop version and just went to yoworld.com and played twice then it's stuck on 'loading'. I have microsoft edge. I have never had an issue with the game until now. I've played regularly for years. I'm sad. Not sure what to do...??????

still having problems, i have to refresh sometimes twice. So not sure what you fixed. I am not going to change my browser. Its your problem.
