Unreleased items were always a risk. Do you remember the vip jackets time? I sure do. 08's are not part of the items being brought back to the game, same as collectibles and themes that were in stores and not only a small group abused. It's fair, in my opinion.

I'm sorry but I've always detested the word "noob". None of us are any better than the others & we were all noobs when we started. There is no win or lose in YoWorld, it's a social world smh but unfortunately ppl have made it too much like rl with "the rich", "the poor", "the beggars", "the losers", "the hackers", & "the scammers" . Actually we all won when BVG bought Yo so I guess that is the important thing to remember. Also, the fun is the friends I've made, decorating, etc. I can live without expensive items, I refuse to pay that much but everyone does what they feel they must & that's their right. BVG already stated they would release some of these items so we might as well accept it & go on. Just saying.

Thank you so much for this. We NEED the new people, they are here to support the game and BVG... and to find the enjoyment many of us have found already through the years. What a nicer place it would be if we nurtured, mentored, and welcomed them. I remember when I was new in 09 with a really drab and sad apartment and no coins. Some dear friends sent me all these wonderful little gifts and within two months I was off and running! Perhaps we are how we treat others? Long live BVG and our YoWorld.

Even tho it is unreleased it isn't a collectable so it has a chance of being re released as with everything else that isn't a collectable

I worked so hard for my menorah hat and now it's just worth pocket change.

While I feel for the people who worked hard and saved for the unreleased items, some act like BVG was sticking it to them. They weren't. They were sticking it to the hackers who cloned these items over and over again. Limes and the menorah hat were both considered unreleased yet how many people did you see running around in them? I saw a lot for such a rare item.

Yes, it was cool to have such a rare item for a while but like others have said, it was a risk to buy something that was unreleased. You got to enjoy them for years and be one of the cool kids but now that time has passed. Besides, at 25yc a pop it still not like everyone is going to be able to afford them.

Whining about things you weren't technically supposed to own getting released after you spent a bajillion coins on them in a game that was going to be canned is moot.

the unreleased items should have never been in game in the first place, i agree with releasing them but i don't think the past themes which were made available to every one should be re-released.

My opinion is this: If they re-released 08 costumes or collectibles, I'd think it unfair and get seriously fused.
Since the items they are releasing now were technically never released, they took the opportunity to stick it to those who obtained them in a shady way, then sold to good yo citizens at extremely high prices. This sadly hurt those who paid honest made money to obtain them items & that I don't like, but I can see how the team wanted to even the unfairness out.

I don't think they would be re-releasing old collectibles or 08 costumes, so I get it.
