This thread is exactly why constructive criticism never works on these forums, people air their grievances over this release and get chastised and talked down upon for doing so.

All of this designing seems to be a huge step backward for the game and I'm not the only who noticed it. Just because we got a new release doesn't mean we should just be "nice" about it. If this is going to be the new norm on the quality of what we get from here going forward, it is going to be very easy to leave the credit card in the wallet. Again, that's not just my feeling either.

Well, after reading thru this thread again, I made a mistake and "quoted" the wrong person. My quote was supposed to be the one word post that said "ugly" and for that I apologize. I just feel there's a right way and a wrong way to say how you feel.
Here's 2 choices that I've come across. If you were BVG, which would you prefer to hear?

2. I think it all looks delightful. Its a definitely different style of designing than what we are used to seeing. When I first saw the covers for these themes in the stores, I thought they needed a little more work, but hey, its only BVG's first release, I bet it will become even better over time, then I saw the items, they look nice. The hair, not really my style.



When Z picked up the game and started creating stuff, it was pretty awful. The Moroccan hair and Mardi Gras hair comes to mind. BVG is going to have to go thru the process just like Z did. Taking this game over came out of no where. It was not something that was planned for months and months. They decided to take a chance and it's going to take time to get up to speed.
