I'm more than happy with the quality and design of the outfits. This 4th dress is actually one of my favorites of holiday clothing from all years. The prices do seem a bit high for new players, but I'm hesitant to say that they absolutely are, as I well remember having to save up a week's factory wages to buy a toilet, sink, and tub when I started playing.

Also happy to see you put in stuff for Canada day. I know a lot of players have been sad over the years because it was always overlooked.

Thanks so much for the new stuff and all of your awesome, amazing work!

:( ty for giving us new stuff but yes some are a bit expensive and the quality i hope you will try to be better.but how on earth we buy those stuff when we don't have money .still you did not gave us back special delivery boxes if you aim to make us buy cash or coins we are not going to do that.so instead of new items maybe you fix the problem with the boxes tyvm

Change is tough; but, change is what we wanted. :D
It is odd, however, to see accessories - i.e. earrings - as coins. No complaints, though..
Love the hairs! All of 'em!!
I don't know if there are new players joining; but, if there are, the coin items might be a bit out of reach.

I've only looked and shopped briefly so far.

So happy to see new-new items, just thrilled.

Quality? Cute stuff!! Hair *styles* are great, colors are great, shine/shading, meh, but remember we've gotten a bit spoiled for hair over the past couple of years, especially with the contest winning stuff added in.

Prices do confuse me, the low prices used to be higher (ie earrings) and the higher prices used to be lower. And historically coin items now cash and the other way around.

I really like the selection, the detail especially in the jeans, and I think the earrings are adorable.

Kind of bummed about the face changing on the wings so I don't think I'll buy them, I'm pretty serious about keeping my pointy face on.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next, I'm a happy lady. :)
I am hoping that new wearables will be compatable with more of the other wearables - I'd like to wear necklaces with wings for example; the round face with the new wings is another.

Disclosure: i'm still working off of my AH earned YC, so haven't bought any since we moved-- so I feel kind of bad giving negative feedback, ya know...but I will definitely be buying again in the future.

edit:
since this is a specific feedback thread I'm going to use the chance to say two words, designers....*** cyclops eye ***

thank you guys so much for the release you guys did an excellent job for a first attempt however i hope that in the future there is an improvement to the quality and also for the picture in the store you should consider doing what Zynga did and have an avatar wearing the item.

I've been happy with our previous style for years. However, I realize that the people who WERE designing items are no longer designing them. I think given time, we would all get accustomed to the new designers. You're ALWAYS going to have people who are unhappy. So whose to say if you change the design style, we're all going to be happy with that? So I'm not crazy about the style but I think I would get accustomed to it given time. And you're right, the items do look better being worn. But why is there a difference between the girls hoodies & the boys hoodies? Great job on the fluffy boots, I love those!!! I can't decide whether I like the female 4th of July shoes.

I still don't care for the hair. I've tried it on a few times and it just doesn't look real. It looks rough/plastic/uneven.

I'm right on board with the pricing structure. We have things that are coins now that were ALWAYS yocash before. I'm hopeful that prices will balance out and things will go more smoothly. I see a lot of complaints that a pair of jeans are yocash and some glasses are 15yc. But I don't see anyone complaining about the earrings that are coins. Until the very last days of Zynga, all earrings were always YC. I'm very much liking the way this is priced. I buy yocash for personal use but I'm happy that if someone can't buy yocash, they have options of some great items as well.

Edit: for Hair & Pricing.

Karena (130161749) wrote:I have no problem with the style of the clothing, hair does not fit on head correctly (seems too low), and not all that pretty. (Sorry have to be honest!). I really am almost *begging* for our SD boxes back, the coin items are pretty pricey for the clothing. (A HUGE thanks for the cute earrings though!) I do like the old system where clothing was coins, except for special items. At this coin rate I will be broke after the next release. PLEASE think about bringing back SD boxes that we can both send and receive to our friends. And the free gifts, a lot of us decorated with those! (The ones with pictures where you decide what little gift to send..) Without a way to make coins we cannot buy, or trade for Yocash items in AH or events. But honestly I do thank you for giving us this release and have a wonderful Canada Day!! :)

(Just in case no one mentioned....the SD boxes contained anywhere I think (someone correct me!) from 150 coins up to 10,000 coins and also we also found Yocash in some of them...) A great way to start a Yo-day was opening up to see what you got....

(edited for spelling errors)

in the boxes we could get from 300c to 2000c. sometimes 1yc or 2yc and then there are those fall plushies........

Here is my feedback,

I think it is great that you saw lots asking for new content and you delivered.
Lots like to celebrate the holidays, so you were right on the mark making this release FOJ and Canada day.

I too did not care for the hairs....the new hair Zynga has releases after last November-game closed was hideous, undetailed, and looked like styles people wear in Junior High School.

I think hair should fit the theme. You did that with color, and it was very appropriate.

Maybe we can post examples of our favorite kinds of hair?
I think pictures are worth a thousand worlds, so here are my picture examples of how I like to comb my avatar's hair, LOL

This is a long one - so apologies from the offset:

I am not feeling / liking this latest release at all for the reasons I give below.

Firstly thank you for trying to give us something for the Canadian Holiday and Fourth of July - I know that we have all been breathing down your necks for more new items like the insatiable "kids" we can be.

Nonetheless I do not think the items that have been released are up to the standard that we have been accustomed to. It is rather telling that 2 hours after the update there are no WTB events nor are any players in any great numbers wearing any of the new items released. I think that more work needs to be done on the shaping and shading of the items that our Yo wear both as clothes and hairstyles - as if this is what we are to expect from hereon in, I can not begin to imagine how much more valuable the older stuff in game will become.

Also having missed out on the Gary pants on their first debut and having to pay highly to get a pair I am dismayed that these pants have been re- released again. This kind of yo- yo'ing is the kind of action that will destroy the Yo economy and drive away players. Of course I am happy that I can now obtain these pants for 100c instead of the x mount of coins that lucky players who obtained them were able to sell them for - but that is part and parcel of this game. It is what makes the game so exciting. The fact that you could log in and come across an accidental release is what motivates players to log in numerous times in a day. If this element of the game is going to be downtrodden by the constant re- release of items then whats the point of it all. Like I said - now I have serious concerns about future releases which I didn't have before.

As you can see I have already shown my support for the game by purchasing a few of these items - but mainly to demonstrate that I want this game to succeed. I have not purchased them all like i would have in a normal release and neither do I intend to.

Thank you so much for the release though and thanks for listening to our feedback. The items look great when you put them on, just the pictures are a bit messy

This pretty much sums up anything I have to say ^

I love the detail and the fact that it is somewhat different then what the zynga team would produce.

Im not always receptive to change but in this case.. I totally approve of this release. The items have a rather different look to them with much more detail and I like it very much

*thumbs up to the artists who created these items*
