i think every new release items should be on timers for 1 hour only .... after 1 hour , items need to be poof from store

then it will become rare ... therefore, we will have "genuine" rare items every weeks

the upside to no timers is... they stay in stores forever.. and before they are removed they will be put on clearance price... could save up to 30% .. just like Z always did.... sometimes I prefer to waiting.. 8-)

and who chooses when that 1 hour is? We have players from all over the world... people do have to work and sleep.

I'm not too inclined on spending over 20-30 yocash on an item, unless there's a good reason to do so. If the items do stay, i'd rather wait a few weeks until the items drop, rather than spend my yocash...

It also totally defies logic, but we won't get into that, Mr. Spock.

well.. if the trees are on timers... then come fall, they will be in demand, and players can sell them ....

I don't think many players will use these to deco, not in the sense of needing to leave them in stores so decorators can buy many of them.. generally decorators buy 1, maybe 2 (not often will a decorator use a lot of 30 yocash trees to decorate with) so timing them, gives everyone a chance to get them, and creates a value for the players buying them (resale)

Completely agree. :)

Wrong! I bought the tree with the slide (because i have the winter version in the backyard of one of my Christmas homes) and i promptly put the new one in the front yard of my Autumn decorated home... and unless i change my mind and put it in the backyard it's staying there because i love it, not because i want to make money off of it.

And secondly, how does putting an item on a timer "give everyone a chance to get them"?? o.O
To borrow a famous line from the 80's, "what you talkin' 'bout Willis?!" Please explain to me how that works, because i smell a rat. It would appear to *me* that the timers only help the sellers take advantage of potential buyers who couldn't buy the item when it was originally for sale.

Also, i think timers should only be put on "collectible" items. To start putting timers on things after the fact is too much like how Zynga did things (remember all the themes that came and went in a limited time?), and the limited time offers are what frustrated a lot of people to the point where they left the game. :/

I ask for 3 items on timers and suddenly people ask "Why do you want everything on timers?"

Joseph YRW (185793131) wrote:My point was items that stay in store forever and never leave will go down in price if theyre yocash, Like if a 30 yocash item is 900k when it is first released, A month later it would probably go down to 300-400k, the crowns are a perfect example :D They were no less than 1.5m the first day they were released, now those 50 yocash crowns are selling at 300-600k. Sorry guys just a suggestion :D doesn't need to happen right away

Not everyone buys items for profit.
