Stability my yadda. Logged in when I got up to look at the releases and 1. It loaded but after being stuck at 80% for a minute and 2. When I got in and clicked on the new release icon I got the page unresponsive thing AGAIN. When this happens, I can't even refresh and I have to close my browser and reopen it. As previously stated, I mainly use Chrome. I have not tried other browsers to see if it's better on them, but I'm assuming this is on your end and not on my computer (my specs are fine). I'm not sure why YoWorld wouldn't be stable across all browsers, but I'm not in the mood to test every browser, especially since you guys claimed Chrome is the recommended browser. I'm guessing it's your servers. Sigh.

We would suggest trying another browser. Chrome has a limit of 4GB of usage which can be too little for some player's accounts.

And? They told us months back Chrome is ideal. I guess not anymore. But they didn't suggest an alternative browser so we have to experiment. I mean, come on. I get that the browsers change stuff up and that not all games work on all browsers, but they should at least know which ones work best.

It seems they really don't know! I did switch today as I was having so many of those "No Ads Available" pop-up so I tried Edge and got very few of them, but it makes my CPU run very high at times! I also seen this today and perhaps this is what is causing problems for some player's! I do for the most part use Private and/or Incognito browser settings, but I didn't in Edge today and the ads worked better!

When using my laptop, I keep getting the 'loading' bar. Yo never fully loads. My friend who is a techie said to ask your developers to check your code, specifically for several WebGL warnings, and the problem with initializing Beamer. Again, the game never fully loads and some of the tabs at the top are greyed out (Add YoCash, Settings, Log, Help). I hope you get these errors fixed soon. It is definitely something you are causing.

EDIT to add: I'm on Firefox and it worked until recently. It's not the browsers, it's your coding.

Chrome was the browser of choice, but it has become problematic for some people playing YoWorld.

Personally, I've stopped using Chrome on every device I have because it became a terrible experience that would constantly run slow and provide browsing issues. I've made the switch to Opera for everything.

Last I used Opera it didn't behave well. I think it's because I couldn't use ad blockers on it. I might try it again or maybe the Brave as some have suggested now that I have the side ads blocked with VIP. Firefox has never worked well for me.

I am a bit confused here.... what has YoWorld.com got to do with Chrome and Firefox????? I am having lagging issues, loading issues, among other things in the .com not in Chrome or Firefox! So are we now not to use YoWorld.com again and switch over the one of these browsers!??

What a mess this game is!

Hello Miss Pop. Yo.com is also dependent on browsers. Both FB and Yo.com run on HTML5, with is read by the browsers we use. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge, Vivaldi etc etc all read the HTML5 code from the Yo servers and show us the game no matter if we go through FB or go directly through Yo.com.

I hope that helps a little. :)

Thank you Vice... helps me understand why these are being mentioned :eh:

So I use Chrome, am I to uninstall this and install Firefox now? Hmmm seems a bit of a schlep and so disappointing since we have been told all along to use Chrome! Oh well I guess this won't be fixed properly then... I just cannot decorate anymore, I just don't have the time waiting for the inventory to load, then if you put it back freezes everything, then it boots you out in the middle of decorating! I just don't have the patience to redecorate everything!

Thanks again Vice! :bye:

I have 5 different browsers loaded on my devices. I have yet to find one that isn't struggling with whatever is wrong with the game code - for me. I know players who are not having my issues or are having other issues entirely. My issue is that I'll get logged in, and then the game will simply freeze at some point. Can't type, can't move, can't edit, can't anything. I've let it try to unwind itself for 10 minutes just to see if it could - nope. I don't struggle loading stuff. It's not a combination of things I'm doing in game. It's not consistent at all or I would detail it in a ticket to BVG. It actually reminds me of the "freezes" players used MODs to do back when Zynga ran Yo.

If you are going to try a new browser, I would suggest downloading Opera GX - which is the gaming version of their browser. You don't have to remove Chrome. Just download Opera and see if that fixes your connectivity issue. It works for some players, so hopefully it does for you!

Hi Pop! To use/launch/open/load/access YoWorld.com, we need to do it using a browser, right? There are many other browsers beside Chrome, Firefox and Opera. So, what browser are you using to open the game at YoWorld.com? Maybe you are using Edge browser?
