It's how people make coins in this game. You don't go on eBay on an item that is low and bid the top market price on it.
Calm down and let it go.

Well, I wasn't going to post in this thread, however..............EVERYONE doesn't do this. Of course we all buy a "good deal" if we find it, but buying a good deal from a player who obviously knows what they are doing and duping a new player is 2 different scenarios.
You make coins by buying an item for 100k and selling it for 150k. Not by offering a noobie 20k on something that YOU know is worth way more and then running out and selling it for tons more than you paid and THEN coming here to shout it to the roof tops and THEN cry because no one thinks you did the right thing.

A good deal would probably be paying 200k considering how it's worth 350-400k. Not everyone does it.

There has been times when I've gone to an event solely to better help them price their item, if I walked in and saw they were a new player I would feel bad and tell them they can get more for it. I recently saw a chick selling a hair for only 25k, I could tell she didn't know any better so I looked up the hair for her and told her a better average price to sell it for.

Seeing as how he was unaware of the price I see that as taking advantage of that situation. That's why I would never first off, offer 20k on something that is worth way more than that. Regardless of whether the person was aware or not. Yes, I buy low and sell high but I always pay going rate and wait till it goes up.

It is what it is. Buy low sell high. Agree with me or not it doesn't make anyone bad for taking a good deal.

I would feel like I was cheating someone out of their money and that's not something that I would want happen to me. I don't mean this in a offensive way but that was pretty low especially to a new player who's just starting off. As for all the hate, you opened this onto an open and public thread. Well I can't quite delete the thread now.
Not to sound like a victim, cause Im not, obviously. But I am diagnosed with anxiety and depresssion and so yeah, I'm pretty sensative when it comes to people saying anything negative about me..
I'm sorry I did this, I have learned my lesson

It is what it is. But low sell high. It's the way of the game.
Nyx (12531218) wrote:It is the way of the game. But, this isn't buying low and selling high, the way most people generally think of it. I buy something at its current value for the currently accepted price and sell later when there is a demand and the price increases. Not KNOWINGLY shortchanging someone, and turning around the next second and flipping it for a profit. It might be just me but I think there is a small ethical difference.

I was trying to be very neutral to this subject, but please do not bring up your life struggles because it has nothing to do with that. If I wanted pity I'd tell you about how my GAD is so severe that I can no longer leave the house without my 'safety' person, how my Panic Disorder prevents me from being able to spend one day without insane heart palpitations and tremors all throughout my body, how my BDD prevents me from LIVING normally. Listen to me when I TELL you that you could have it much worse than a FEW people on a FORUM stating their OPINIONS.
