I would like something clarified on this. I completely oppose bullying one another, that should have been apparent in the thread I made a few days ago. However, it is obvious there are many different personalities on this Forum and not everyone necessarily gets someone else's personality that comes naturally to them in their typing here on Forums. For example, sarcasm... I tend to be sarcastic at times, not to be mean, but just to get anyone to smile or lighten the mood in an intense conversation. How am I to know, someone wont read it in a way that was not intended at all? Furthermore, there will be disagreements as not everyone always shares the same opinion and personally I believe it is fine to have a healthy mature debate every now and again but there are a few who's fuses are short and tend to lash out, twist words take things out of context, or purposefully bait someone to get a reaction in order to get them in trouble. I hope you don't expect everyone to conform to one identity here, with one way of thinking and one way of typing. People's personalities and sometimes moods tend to come out in the way they speak, so while blatant bullying should be addressed, taking it further than needs be by punishing someone for their personality or a misunderstanding between two people is harsh. Please clarify with examples so everyone understands exactly what is expected, because from where I sit, this sounds like urinating glitter in the morning is what is expected and I have yet to see one sparkle in my pee in all of my 29 years!

Thanks. :)

Absolutely Coley. Difference in opinions always gets mixed up as "bullying" on here...

Love it! The forums under Z were ridiculous. The Ninja-favored cliques got away with Yomurder. I am soo very glad to read that nonsense will not be tolerated here. It makes coming back to the YO forums enjoyable. And I am glad that the troll baiters will be dealt with accordingly as well.

And please give us an IGNORE function. I have wanted to block several folks since these forums were implemented and it is something we desperately need, especially with the way they constantly change their in game name. Keeping a running list of numbers is starting to turn into a chore. We can block players in game, on Facebook and their is no reason why we should not have that same option on the forums. There are some players I have zero desire to interact with. Thanks again!!

As long as they dont make it so we cant change in game i would be fine with that. I love changing depending on my outfit or mood. i have nothing to hide, i am always Snorty something, i just love to have the freedom to change name in game.

I agree.....I don't see why all should be punished because of the actions of a few.....Zynga did that a lot to us......we don't need it repeated under new owners.

I agree. Although my ingame name has always been Willow and that's why it shows that on forums now. I will never change my in game name. Well then again I've added to it before....like Wild Willow lol

Good call on that issue, yet I agree that what some call "bullying" is sometimes a difference in opinion and people can get very spirited when they voice their opinion. Sometimes people use the word "bullying" a little too much sometimes then there are the people who have cliques such as those who back Barbie Prine that just get weirded out because of your opinion about not liking all the updates from their group....it started from a simple statement to a full blown war in seconds yet the person removed what was said but the Prine group kept the nasty things they said about the person on their page and didn't accept the apology but kept up the war and even took it as far as rubbing it in to aggravate those who were tired of it and it was several of them.

We definitely do not need anyone bullying others, although I personally feel that word gets thrown around a bit too often here. When someone does not agree with another person's point of view, it is not bullying. People need to understand that if you are posting your opinion on an open forum, you will not always get the reactions you want to see. Obviously when disagreeing you should be respectful, but I have seen even the most respectful replies being lumped in and called bullying. I hope that when posts are reported (and I feel bad for those who have to read through them  ) the mods look at the WHOLE thread. Many times the very ones who are crying victim are the biggest instigators and baiters.

Honestly though, there is no one on this forum who is worth losing your account over. The game is way more fun than the forums anyway. :)

EDIT to add: I do think the ignore button would solve many problems.

And this!
