I just reread your previous post and I am so sorry. It breaks me that sexual abuse and rape happened because it happened to me a few times at age 13 and then more throughout my teens years--different situation and types of abusers. It leaves a scar just like been bullied as kid, so I really get it that is more than legalize and the law. I hope your daughter has found healing and resolution.

I think what happened per what i have been hearing via others was doxxing combined with nude or sexual activity photos. Kind of like this SVU episode. So yeah child porn would apply to these apparent instances of doxxing going on as we would be talking photos of under 18. Every time I know about things like this happening, I question whether the youth can really solve the world's problems but then it is very small subset of young peeps and who obviously never got proper parenting.

I hope you're healing from these crimes as well. I know the scar never really heals. But I've learned to guard it closely and never let anyone do such a thing again!

So in the TOS that you agreed to when you opened your account in Yo, you released the game's operator from any liability when they had to make changes to Yo for any reason. And since we don't "own" anything in Yo, all we've lost is our lease to the paint boards. Technically, we enjoyed that lease from the time we bought the paint board until BVG had to remove them. So we did receive some value from having it. The expectation that we get to enjoy the lease to our items in perpetuity is false. Accusing them of theft is false.
